I think Jay wud have done this even if Archu was not in the picture-bcoz its his nature to save himself.

i agree jay wld still safe himself, who wldnt? he dint trap manav, all evidences r against him,prakash is being an eyewitness even satish said d same ting. i tld he wldnt b rude to manav d way he was today. he was very cordial to him before.

Saffy,jay wud defo had done the same thing...he wud first think of saving himself...thts him...but had ArMan factor not clouded his rational thinking,he cud hav thot of interrogating prakash.They hav showed how well he tackles when ppl used to taunt manav before by silencing them.This time,he didnt want to give Manav the benefit of thot.

i agree he wld hav dne d same ting, but i feel he was gud to manav before, so y such a chnge, i feel if archu wldnt b in picture he wld atleast feel bad for him

But Kool,the whole framing thing comes much later.First,Manav got arrested and Jaywant,the supervisor,didnt give a damn to what he knows about his fellow workers.Instead he conveniently chose to believe Prakash and not interrogate him further.how does this stand when it come to his profession?He had been shown as being fair to workers as a supervisor.I know he doesnt give a damn about Manav when it comes to protecting his business,but then when initially he believed Prakash n chose to ignore Archu completely,how did that relate to his profession or business being hampered?He didnot give a fair chance to Manav.Bcoz he was personally fed up with the guy getting all attention from Archu.May not be consciously,but subconsciously ArMan clouded his rationality. This was the same guy who did fair interrogation when Dharmesh wanted to throw Manav out.Today,he just didnt bother. What was his professional gain in all this?Till then,he had no idea that the business was in danger.
