This is what I wanted to say.

I think I mentioned this in my prev post that his threatening abt revolt that day to Jaywant had it.Archu gives more attention to him than Jaywant,that affects him professionally as well.

Ultimately he wanted manav punished.But cant be said that he had professional reasons to do so.

The company is a personal thing to him.Archana is his boss n fiance too.From personal feelings I hadnt meant ArMan PR as in during their engagement.Its within the factory premises.How he silently noticed Archu supporting Manav and brainwashing Dharmuu.He understood her.

Personal feelings as his own individual feelings.Nothing to do with the company in general.As u said Manav or prakash,it doesnt matter to the company or business.But it mattered to Jaywant....as an individual.

My personal disliking has nothing to do with jaywants' talent as a business man.He has it in him.Thats for a fact.

If they show Manav rising in life,it'll be pure nonsense....bcoz he simply doesnt hav it in him.Hardworking and honest...but he'll rise only if he gets some good backing like that of Satishs'.

Great commentary Kool! Jaywant will stop at nothing to suck up to Dharmesh so he can advance in his career, it is what it has always been about. I do think he likes Archana but he does not love her and obviously his career comes first. If Dharmesh goes along with this, I hope Archana and Vaishali both dump these losers. Dharmesh is the one who had faulty machines, he is responsible and should not use Manav as his scapegoat. I also hope that Satish ends his partnership if Dharmesh follows through with the advocate's advice, Satish was better off on his own.

Kools, Manav had the ambition. And partially he was successful in fulfilling it also. Remember he wanted to set up his own garage. He did work for that garage too. But in the process of fulfilling it, he never wanted to harm anyone. He is that kind of person.

Sherma,GM - I think Jay wud'nt bother to get MAanv incriminated ,if his own safety or the company's was not @ stake.

He cud'nt careless abt being vengeful I think - basically,Jay does not feel threatened by Manav professionally or personally - he thinks Manav is low class wrker,who cannot challenge him

That is why he tries to make Archu stay away from Manav,not the other way round.I like that side of him v much,v fair.He is focussed on correcting her attitude,and does not feel the need to bother with Manav's

But as KoolDi pointed out,he will pick the axe and cut any tree if the company is gonna fall - I mean,if it was Archu in Manav's place now,he wud still opt to save the company instead of Archu -he said na,anything for money and power,gals will come and go

If the company was not @stake and neither the management,then he might have tried to rationalize and actually get Manav freed, hez a nice guy to nice ppl for nicer times.

How can Dharmu such a great businessman be blind to meanie Prakash's track record?? Would the Police just arrest and torture anyone without making enquiries ?.Perhaps it happens only in Ekta land.

I am sure Satish and Archu will not sign the papers.

Satish and Archu should have been married. What a narrow miss it was.They would have made a perfect couple.
