@sherma: u know even if Dharmesh n Satish are not at fault...are innocent,when poor workers die,the whole defective machine thing just looks ugly...police tries to go with the workers as they resort to andolan etc as Ajit suggested...trade unions n labour orgs bcome involved too....even if the management is not to be blamed,they suffer n suffer...Dharmesh is right in getting terrified.When he is under duress,Jaywant took the reins.I disliked JAywant more today.Being practical is one thing and losing sight of logic is another.
He is the supervisor n knows the workers better than DHarmesh anyday.He shud hav put two n two together n cud hav easily pointed out to DHarmesh n the police that Prakash is really to be questioned.HE didnt.HAd he tried doing his own interrogations with the workers,Ajit cud hav helped as well.But NO...he did not do anything.Jaywant was not practical today,he was only being vengeful.Manav unnecessarily threatened him that day n then he came and said sorry to Archu...he shud hav to Jaywant as well.
Though Manavs' behaviour incited Jaywant,his actions cant be justified as someone trying to save his butt.DOnt think so.
He is actually trying to take revenge under the guise of saving his and Dharmeshs' butt.Dharmesh...bamboozled by what hit him.Does he know what this holy-trio Jay-Archu-Mannu hav been upto in his factory premises😆
Jaywant was in perfect position to hav solved the whole issue without making Manav the scapegoat.He chose not to and rather go by the books for his own convenience and personal satisfaction.
