Re Satish. Sweet rational dude but being a single Ritchie Rich he has never had to live by law of jungle. So he is a little calm in voicing sentiments and decisions. Does not make him weak just non-confrontational.

From a business perspective.

Archu should be fired for incompetence

Manav should be fired for workplace disruption or alternatively laid off for lack of work

Ajit should be laid off for lack of work but with compensation for injury

Only person that is productive, effective, efficient and worthy to be employed in aany business from the whole bunch is Jaywant.

If I were Dharmesh, I would dissolve the partnership, pay off Satish (much as I like him he is a business liability - a good honest manager but a irrational and expensive business partner) and incorporate my company

The words in big, bold and black clearly reflect how angry you are with the way the factory issue is being handled. I too feel the same.

Thats what I had said in my post yesterday. Stereo types have to be done away with.Nobody dares to show anything that is real and practical. The way Dharmesh has been portrayed is one big stereotypical portrayal to please the masses/workers.
