His acting is very good ......he is mostly observing and doesnot speak much but when he does ...he is very confident and sure about it ..

There is a sense of competition that he is bringing in their relationship .....

I think cutest guy is Sachin and his son Sachu.

For me it would be:

Sachin- Sachu > Sushant (60% cos of smile, 30% cos of eyes) > Old Tarun (damn cute) > Dharmesh

Some people are cute cos of their behavior/expressions:

Sushant> Manohar> Sachin- Tarun
