. The Retrenching Issue was Solved MOST nonsensically by Archu in PR .It was Unprofessional , STUPID and UNBELIEVABLE to the HILT .
I think it would have looked much better had Archana come up with some number crunching and showed it in black an white that giving up on this labour force at this point would prove to be wrong for the comapny as they can lose orders .If orders do not meet dead line then the comapny loses Goodwill and that is a major asset for any company .Good will is an important asset and though Archana did not prove it by numbers , her mentioning of completing the orders on time was to me a big enough reason for the workers to be retained .....
Hence I support her on this ...
This time not because I am a fan because I do believe that she did the right thing ..Later on Dharmesh and satish shoudl sit with their accountant and make a feasability report as to what option is better for the comapany ..
I am sure they can do this in a better way ......
However , I do not know the real reason why she did it ...that is debatable ..Still...for now this problem seems solved ....

Satish and Dharmesh shoudl sit with their financial controller and make out two feasability reports ..Their's is a manufacturing company and there are reports made to compare two different scenarios in such companies ..All pros and cons are weighed , including the Goodwill of the comapny which even goes down in the balance sheet as a major Fixed asset ...
They don't just make orders liek this ...
One day one partner says ' I am throwing thse workers out , the other partner says No ...still it goes ahead ..Then human rights people come and threaten ....
Saali comes and reminds him of some pending orders and Dharmesh immediately say' Oh dear why didn't I think of this ' .....
Oh come on .. Manufacturing companies don't work like this .....😆😆😆😆

In the long run , u put company in LOSS . I dont believe in doing NAMAK HARAAMI to the Management , I think from THEIR VIEWPOINT . Our THINKING IS ON PARALLEL LINES . Not ur Fault .
I would have respected him more if he had asked her first ' On what basis has this decision been made . ' If after hearing what she had to say he still had felt that she was hurting the company , then by all means he should have said what he said .....

She wud have talked if Jay hadnt been there .} Then inspite of that clear cut message that JAY doesnt like this liason . Manav purposefully went on his own [ not even sending Savita mind u ] to Karanjkar home to invite them for HIS WEDDING
I hope Jaywant keeps this strict behaviour with her .It is very good for her and very good for them ....
