I am all pro Rasika( for time being)
Uska chote mote jhagado mein man laga rahega😆(all her appointments)
And therefore she will mercy all the pity characters like ArMan and not destroy their life
If she is being selfish for her with others benefit, it is good rather than being jealous and destroy other's life

Kool, great commentary.
As I mentioned on another post, I am not sure if it is ethical justifiable to layoff workers injured on factory premises (even if he didnot demand compensation). I think it will be a nightmare for companies to face the human right people as well as lawsuits arising from such company actions, due of the loss of a job (even if adequate compensation is provided) under medical condition 9he can't work with injured fingers!). I think most company will wait for the worker to recovery before laying off . Don't think laying off Manav and others will be problematic though.

I dont like Damo AT ALL when he keeps repeating this so insensitively in front of Shravni .Its Shravnis goodness that still she gives him respect , any girl wud be PISSED with honewala sasur .Especially VARSHA and MANJU .

I also have started to feel that ArMan reunion should not happen. Everyone has moved on with their live..........Even Manav or Archana too had moved on when they were away from each other. Everyone has perfect life when Archana was not there in town.............so.....they are, actualy all of them are beter off when ArMan is away from each other.

Thr is a lot of difference btwn Jay asking Archu to do what he said n Shravani wanting it or feeling it.Jay is not standing and shouting at Manav and neither does he know manav nor has manav done anything for him.Jay is very much single n ready to mingle.😆
GM thats why i saiid , its not about right or wrong its more about who is in a position to have normal feelings . Jay is single so he has full right to have these feelings .Shravni was unwed mom and Manav wasnt divorced so she shud be on her knees and worship the ground Archu walks on was the consensus . Unwed mom status and political correctness of SAINT MANAV who told her IT WILL BE A COMPRO MARRAIGE took away Shravnis right to feel jealous , insecure , angry with Archna constantttly hovering around rushing to take Manavs care . And it is THIS that i dont accept . An unwed mom , A brothers fiancee , she better be GRATEFUL attitude of viewers to this character was something I cud NEVER digest . Which of these factors takes away the RIGHT TO HAVE HUMAN FEELINGS ? The point is ............unwed mom or single ready to mingle .....whatever ur fiancee may be , he or she WONT LIKE THE EX HOVERING , bas .And both , Manav Archu did it and r STILL DOING IT . Now suddenly , any decisions he took had mommies of the workers barging in and holding his collar , and he was held accountable for EVERYTHING . Manavs mommy , now Ajit's Mommy . Most troublesome duo , this Manav Ajit pair , he thought uneasily .THEY MUST GO . Then these mommies wont bother me . But How yaar , he wondered .HOW . Dharmu vowed that the next batch of workers he employed wud be ORPHANS . That wud be a NECESSARY CLAUSE in the hiring process . NO MOMMIES . He shud NOT buy progressive machines at all , ever , and keep feeding workers although better options of lowering production costs r avaialble ?🤣🤣🤣🤣

What shud he do ? Let us assume he is giving FAIR NOTICE PERIOD AND FAIR COMPENSATION BOTH . There is no evidence to prove otherwise till this point . What shud he do BEYOND THIS ..........i ask this question to ALL who found him UNFAIR .Kool, first let the new machines come only then he will know how many heads he needs. Then there is installation period, training period, gradually the production will pick....sometimes we bring one machine to solve the manpower problem but it can cause other issues or necessities to hire people of different caliber to perform those tasks. He should see if any of the existing staff can be used for different purposes in the new environment. Too early to make assumptions and firing people at this point in time.

Kool, a few points. There is no such thing as being fair in giving notice. Notice period is statutory law. Dharmesh is not doing a favour by giving notice, he has to do this by law. Earlier he sacked Manav without a day's notice. That was patently illegal. His bloody machines caused injuries to two workers. These are serious lapses that can get a company into big trouble. Did he compensate the injured workers? He should have done it without waiting for the workers to ask. Instead he tells them we are getting new machines, and sacks them as soon as these arrive. I think Ajit's injury from the old machines just compounded matters for the workers. There is also the clearly arbitrary nature of the dismissals. Manav is dismissed but not Prakash. Does his company decide dismissals by "ini, mini, miny moe" ? What is the logic behind this or is it the standard defence offered here? That it is his company and he can do what he wants and it is not for the workers to ask: Ours is not to reason why, ours is but to do and die?
Dharmesh did not even have the decency to meet his workers and explain the situation. When he sacked Manav the last time, the poor fellow, teary-eyed and all, went quietly, even though Dharmesh was rude and would not even give him a week's time to find a job. Second point: Did Dharmesh say he was giving compensation this time? I did not hear that at all -- he simply said I am giving them time to find another job. Third point: Rasika said she knows the "laws and regulations of the Companies Act" and whatever she was doing was by a legal process. So she was not just bullying. However, I am not sure going to the human rights commission is the answer. They have no real mandate to settle problems of this kind. And any measures they suggest are purely recommendatory. She should have gone to the labour court and obtained a stay. Finally, you cannot separate the earlier incidents and see only the machines purchase in isolation. It can be nobody's case that there should be no machines bought. The debate is about good business practices and how a good employer will deal with a situation like this. Today there are prescribed international best practices for the work environment. It is accepted that business grows best in a nurturing enviornment. Retrenchments are inevitable in competitive, technology aided fields. The question is how does a sensitive employer go about it? Life is not a zero sum game. It is not a either or situation where you are with the workers totally or with the company totally.
I am not getting into any more arguments because I find it futile to do so
