i agree, kooldi i hav mentioned before also tat u know d tings wich i want to tell u express it so well.i tink people shld b fair. its bad in any1 part to accept tat now,morally its not right.ARMAAN themselves brought shrav and jay in picture,i pitty bth of dem. i agree damodar shldnt hav let shrav stay in d house wen d marriage was called off.LAST week they showed dem sharing d same room fine dey sleep seperately but dey r in 1 room.wen people can gossip of armaan sharing an auto, do u tink people wil leave shravani wen marriage will b cancelled, she will b humilated very badly.i agree she got pregnant bef marriage, tat was a mistake,manav getting married to her cause its sachin baby.who will get married to shravani after armaan unite.

Rasika barging into Drahmesh is totally uncalled for . when will the mothers let their kids grow up .

Varsha as usual inviting trouble for herself again.

yesterday Archu got a hint of the Jaywant 's family thought of her relation with Manav. today Jaywant personally asked her to forgo her relationship , but this girl is hell bent upon making mess of her life.

Good comentary Kools...Agree with you on all...

Rasika was a big bully....I hope FBD does not cave into her threats...I am sure company will follow proper policy in notice, severance pay ETC...The way Manav was looking at Jaywant was more than upset regaring this cutback...More personal IMHO...Many won't agree but his detest look was more...I was shocked to see Vandu brown nosing Rassi so much...It looked so fake and 😆 Actually Archu is not graduate or that qualified IMHO...A 9th grade drop out went to B'lore to do some course, what could she have learned in 1 yr 😕😲😳 Ajit is more qualified than her 😛

I am pround to see Prabha and Jaywant's convo on Archu and the way Jaywant talked to Archu...Girl has lost all her sudh-budh for her so called dost Manav...Their Dosti should not have been allowed past Leap by both parents...Why do they need parents to talk to them? They are old enough 30+ and 27 should have maturity to know not to mingle...Especially Manav was engaged to be married for god sake...Everything was cool while Archu was in B-Lore...Hope JPBP Sulo puts some sense into this airhead...

Abt Varsha-Bhavna....Bhavna can surely suggest to Varsha not to take a job for a yr or two...But reality is these days many women work while being pregnant and even after maternity leave go back to work...As long as Varsha is taking care of the baby and keeping well there should not be any issue...Again this is somethign Varsha and Satish have to decide upon...Bhavna can suggest and offer help but CANNOT Dictate IMHO..

Vidyasu...Last time Dharmesh fired Manav was not due to any work related reason but for picking up a fight and beating up another employee Prakash for making a pass @ ex wife...FBD fired both Manav and Prakash...In that case neither deserved any notice...It was nice of D to give them both jobs back and do away with Manav's loan that he owed...

I loved Rasika and Dharmesh's scene, it was refreshing seeing her do something to help others for a change instead of scheming and inflicting pain. Dharmesh has other branches, couldn't he transfer some of the workers to the other branches?

Jaywant shouldn't be concerned about society thinks, it is about how he feels. He is right though, Archana needs to leave her past behind.

I am getting tired of Bhavna trying to tell Varsha and Satish how to live their lives. I see nothing wrong with Varsha working, there are lots of women who are pregnant that work. Bhavna is going to push Satish and Varsha away like she did before, she needs to butt out.

vidyasu ur posts r not futile they r very knowlegeable'. . My only point is , The debate is not about retrenching policies at all . The demand is DONT RETRENCH AT ALL . U JUST DONT HAVE THE RIGHT . OR WE WILL CALL HUMAN RITES WALLAHS IN AND SHUT U DOWN . . Now tell me , is this rite ? Is this a human rights issue ? NOT CLAIMING COMPENSATION FOR THE HAND was ajits PERSONAL CHOICE , we did not see Dharmu saying NO . . As i see it , its UNFAIR BLACKMAIL to management . And in real life , if management backs down , foresseing danger of a lock up , it will keep this in mind and later take double revenge by firing Manav and Ajit on some pretext or the other .

Kool, I wanted to share something personal with you and my friends here ... I was one worried person all last week .Something very terrible had happened . 18 000 dollars were taken away from my bank account , just like that . I was a victim of an on line theft .. It was not this Friday but last Friday . I checked my bank balance and nearly fell off the chair ..only 2 hours prior to that someone had taken 18000 dollars from my account .I immediately got in touch with my bank and a long process started .. Thankfully I kept cool about it ...and today I was given my money back ...🥳

Phew.................

Why I am telling you this and also to others ...please please check your bank balance every day or at least once in 2 days ... This is becoming so common here ...

Me and six other bank clients were targetted in one hour only ....
