Great commentary, Kool. I didn't get a chance to watch the episode, but from the way you described the scene with Manav and Dharmesh arguing I wish that Manohar was there too, just for his expressions. 😆

Manohar would have gaped and thought- yahan bhi!!! Bickering goes on at home all the time, now here also??? First it was Devi daughters, now Bhagwan son- in- laws too??? (2 present, one ex, one future). All are fighting against one another!!!

I think he would probably scuttled off to find the smooching hussy, as Kools calls it, for himself, to relieve him of all this stress. 😆

Nickita , take it from me ...they will be together by the end of the 10 day warning that damodar has given to bappa ....
After the way Archana said today to Salochna that she will never leave manav , even after knowing that her future MIL is unhappy ...I have sort of given up on her ..
Don't feel sorry for her no more ..Arrey baba....you are still thinking about this man who did all this to you ...then go to hell yaar ...
Better he brings her back in his life or else things wil go very very wrong .
I think the seperation track is about to end soon ..
I have a nasty nasty feeling that Damodar might die ...
He will say to God , take me but give my son his happiness back ...
I will be so angry if that happened

Even I will be very angry if they show Damo dying. I was very angry when Kaka died too. What the hell did CV's want to show- ArMan union means so much for Bappa that for their sake (prevent Manav-Shravani wedding) he killed Kaka by giving him a heart attack???

Archu NEVER blames anybody for her miseries, ever her mother, not even manju, least of all shravs or savita, coz they have had losses in their life-she actually thinks everybody is entitled to the demands they make of her -that is why her conscience pricks for every grain

Savita got everything in life from bullyin, thatz the only lang she knows.
I did mention that Manav and Sulo also bully her with their expectations, knowin she will try to be fair to it and so cave in
Shravs feels the need to even confront Archu only whenever she is @the brink of defeat , bcoz she thinks she is being challenged in the game of love -she said that before, lets see whoz love wins -that is why she tries to intimidate her only then.Else, she simply ignores her - its her contesting mentality which makes her not reason with archu or placate or try to please her,but to use strong arm tactics.Bullies get wrked up due to their ego sullied, her ego makes her challenge and not to sit down and talk it out with archu
Actually if she only hated archu as she claims and is NOT a bully, she wud never go and talk to archu @all,she wud never feel the need to - callin archu of all ppl from the station(!!!), blastin her due to manav being at varsha's house, the rain seq - why even reach out to somebody u totally hate and look down upon, and feel is worth nothing in ur life, not even mention her name in the house?
If she tried to be really nice to archu, archu wud do doubly all that she asks for and feel indebted to her, to boot😆

have seen Up In The Air where George Clooney and a girl staffer go around the US firing people? They get gaalis, anger, shouting, and are shown feeling miserable for it all. Pink slips are a reality as much as the irate reaction to it. It would be foolish to expect the workers to applaud the management for firing them. That said, what is this notice period? The management is doing no favour to workers by giving them notice. That is statutory law. In fact, when the last time around Dharmesh fired manav, he did not even give him a day's notice -- that is a flagrant violation of the law. In most modern companies, there is something called an exit policy whereby the mangement sits down retrenched workers, expalins the background and helps them in whatever way it can. It is wrong to show management talk pure business to workers -- it is like adding insult to injury. Just imagine having to hear your boss say that he can add to his profits by throwing you to the wolves. If the case goes to the labour court, then the management has to prove why it retrenched the workers. In situations like these, it is perfectly natural for people who are forced to hand out the pink slips to feel horrible -- as satish and archu have been shown feeling. They are not just being soft and stupid.

Kools reporting from base : Jhagda of Males Continues in PR 😃😃😃
Nonsense , said Dharmu , business like as ever . We are giving them enough notice period to look out for other jobs . When this machine requires only one labourer not ten , why employ the other nine . Less labour , mOre production and saving money equals to EXCELLENT BUSINESS . Whatever Im doing is within law and not something that companies dont do .
And what if they dont find a job , asked Satish , disturbed , the depths of his gentlemanly soul all STIRRED .
THATS THEIR LOOK OUT said Dharmesh bluntly and matter of factly .Kool Dharmesh may be a business minded, but when you have no interest in the lives of your worker, any management will fail. Did he talk about adequate compensation? Did he consult the labour board? Dharmesh has no idea HOW TO DELIVER THE NEWS to the employess of the change of this magnitute. He sent the supervisor.. how sad. It was like dropping the bomb on the workers. Dharmesh should have had a meeting with everyone, shown empathy and explained the facts and then explained what his good intentions are on compensation and time line. I am very confident that one day Dharmesh's business will be in the dumps. He thinks from his head and has to learn to also use his emotions. Money should not be everything. IDIOT. I think that it will be the MIGHTY RASIKA this time to play a coooool role......to bring Dharmesh on the patrie.....
I agree with Dharmeshji .........said the ambitious Jay who admires hard decision makers .Kool, this the reason why Dharmesh likes Jay. He is a YES MAN.

Hi guys, has this already happened or when is this happening?

Sangini & Karol Bagh leads perform in Pavitra Rishta

Zee TV, is crafting to make the Ganesha festival a grand event on the sets of Pavitra Rishta this year'

Zee TV and the entire cast of immensely popular soap Pavitra Rishta is getting festive to celebrate the Ganpati festival on a big scale and is also planning to televise a one hour special episode to pass on the merriment to the ardent viewers of the show.

But that's not all as audiences are in for a treat as along with the lead pair of Pavitra Rishta i.e Sushant Rajput and Ankita Lakhande they would even get an opportunity to see the protagonist of 12/24 Karol Bagh, Neil Bhatt (Abhi), Smriti Kalra (Simi) and Iqbal Khan (Rudra), Binny Sharma Gauri) from serial Sanjog Se Bani Sangini performing a dance for the special episode.

A Little Birdie informs us that, "Neil Bhatt and Smriti Kalra have come down to shoot the dance sequence on a short notice from Delhi and they will be performing on a peppy number from the movie Love Aaj Kal and also on the title track from the movie Dil Bole Hadippa. They have finished the shoot at filmcity today."

Our source also adds that, "Smriti Kalra and Neil Bhatt landed in Mumbai last night and were briefed about their performance thereafter. Then with the technical they gave the final take today."

When contacted, Smriti Karla confirmed the news saying, "Yes we are performing for the Ganpati festival special episode. We didn't get much time for rehearsals but luckily the performance went on well. We have finished with the shoot and now we are packing our bags to get back to Delhi as we need to resume our shoot for Karol Bagh."

We tried calling both Iqbal Khan and Binny Sharma but they remained unavailable for comments.

Tulsey is right. Companies that are able to retain talent are valued by workers and have a better rating than those that follow a strict "hire and fire" policy. An insecure work climater is not necessarily good for business. Indian labour laws are tough -- even loss-making companies have to sweat it out before they can close. Any company that employs more than a certain number of people has to give out provident fund, gratuity etc. There was no word from D on all these when he showed his workers the door.
And why has the axe fallen on Manav who has been shown as hardworking, decent and honest? This is more vengeance than business interest. And talking of business interest and professionalism, why is manav with his skills and experience at the bottom most rung while school pass archana with a dubious once-year course finds herself placed just next to the directors in hierarchy? What kind of madcap company fires a good worker but pampers someone with no tested qualities? Dharmesh & in laws co ltd is the worst example in professionalism. D ought to have himself compensated Ajith for his accident. It is no good going to temples and holding pujas and distributing laddoos to your endless in-laws if you cannot show even an ounce of compassion to your workers.
If D values cold and calculating Jay over straightforward and honest manav, that is surely his ruin. Because while jay may bring in the moolah in the short-run, his long-term plan is takeover of the company.

Gosh vidyasu! Two excellent posts!! And one from Tulsey Di as well.

Till today morning, everyone had convinced me that Dharmesh was right. I was supporting Manav and workers only bcos I felt the anger was understandable- they had suddenly turned jobless and they are all human, plus the matter was not discusses properly with them.

Now after reading your detailed posts, I feel Dharmesh is not right. Or wait, maybe he didn't handle it properly.

Lots of flip-flopping from me today. I still support Manav and the workers, but about Dharmesh, I don't know. After reading your posts I'm feeling that he was wrong. (Actually I have no idea about all this- I'm totally lost)

Please continue the debate guys. This is very informative and interesting.
