This is a weird situation.....what are the creatives{& Archana} trying to explain ..?? Workers are Poor People,hence they have to be forgiven even after multiple warnings ?? This act of Archu bringing Dharmesh to the Chawl & showing how much the Workers need their job is Emosional atyaachaar!!!!!!!!!!!! Did Dharmesh ask them to fight n break rules haan???????????? I wonder if any factory in any country can Run this way!! Dharmesh is clearly NOT after the poor....he is a very disciplined man and hates partiality n personal relationships interfering in professional life....I find enough reason to support him as a 'good' boss who even tips his workers with handsome bonuses.....the question is- is Archana doing the right thing as an employee/boss ?????????????????

Archana was trying to give Dharmesh insight to how people live and how important a job is for them to live their day to day life. Dharmesh could have given Manav a few days to find another job.

THis is totally Indian way of thinking...In pesonal life it is fine at times but not when it comes to job...

Professional life one needs to think professionally and logically...No emotions are involved...Most of the time their are corp rules and guidelines one has to follow..

Why should manav get few days to find a job? Did Prakash get that option? NO he was fired too...So Manav has to deal with it too..

Archana is the new age Mother Teresa wanna bee...One yr training in what gave her this job....Wonder what that training was especially in banglore 😕

I agree with Dharmesh in firing both Prakash & Manav..

Manav is poor, but is Prakash a multi-millionaire ??? What Prakash did was wrong, but Manav's actions were not right either. If Manav gets back his job on grounds of poverty and his huge zimmedaris, so should Prakash. Or else the Mazdoor Union has full rights to go on a strike. Personal emotions and work place ethics should not be mixed up. What msg these creatives are sending. !!!

^ Good points, I am sympathetic towards Manav though because I would've done the same if I were him. I know Dharmesh says things should be ignored but when someone you care about is being talked about in such a way, its hard to keep your cool.

I cannot agree....why being sympathetic towards Manav...just bcos he's the 'hero' of this drama doesn't make him or Archana right....whatever both of them r doing recently is plain wrong!!

HI Varsha, how are you jee?..😃 Archana only took Dharmesh to Vandu and Manav's house...and the way she was explaining and giving emosional atyachari bhasan to bechara Bondhu Dharmesh and the way he was shown thinking and wondering..I can see soon Aansoo Kumari sorry Archana gangubai will have her own Empire....😆😆and by the blessings of kekta maayi n dumb irritatives the poverty will be erased from India forever..if this is the way kekta's emosional system will work..😉.

Bechare MNC and other companies will never terminate the job of their employees...even if they abuse, fight or break the rules of company...😛
