i am wid dharmesh decision,he was right in wat he did.he had already warned manav once, and the ting is people wldnt hav cum to stop manav he wld hav killed him, he claims tat. i actually felt bad for manav wen he was asking for 7 days but wen i saw it practically it was right. wat archana did yestd i cldnt understnd d logic wat was she trying to tell him, he isnt removing manav cause he hav personal grudges wid him, hi is removing cause he did sumting wrong. archana took dharmesh to ajit and manav house to show them how poor they are,doesnt dharmesh knows it. archana was highly manuplative ystday,dint liked her at all.

I agree....in a workplace these things r not right at all.....
