I dont understand why manav has been fired from the job???????? If the same thing what happened with archana would have taken place with vaishali than I guess dharmesh wouldn't have done any thing to the culprit.
If he really wanted to remove anybody from the job than he should have removed archana.
And anyways what kind of work manav does in the factory I only see him making the edges of the iron slab pointed.
