I think Archu has gone totally and irrevocably nuts. she is certifiable. what can I say. the entire time she gave that speech to the workers - manav was getting redder by the moment. all workers and Jaywant were getting more embarrased and the entire environment was getting awkward. All I was thinking was lady - who the hell cares if you have been married, divorced, adopted, inseminated,persecuted, idolized by this dude - seriously they don't care. the pervs willa slways want you becasue of the misplaced runway model look and the ambiance your association with another worker creates in the lacklustre factory enviorment.
Dharmesh should not fire Manav - he should fire Archu. she is overly dramatic, has extremely poor management skills, is underqualified and is basically a bee in his neatly set bonnet. manav was a great worker until she came on the scene. Archu's presence is unknowingly driving this rational man up the wall - she will eb casue for this split with his wife -w ho he only been a good husband to.

I was so crazy about Arman before but ever since the divorce I cannot feel anything anymore. the scenes seem unnecessary, unbelievable and lacklustre to me. I cannot understand why they are all so charged up about a relationship that no one wanted to save. seems like to much ado over nothing. their efforts are moot because the damage is irrevocable.
manav's anger fails to move me because he is the cause of archana's other woman status.
archana's bhashan fails to move me because in a work place where she and her ex are causing unnecessary scandal, her soap box speech was uncalled for, ineffective and extremely unprofessional.
she keeps pursuing manav on the friendship premise and seriously it is very unattractive and unappealing in a woman and reeks of "jilted lover" essene.
is it me or does she seem seriously over dressed or "doed" up for a work enviornment. last time I checked she was not on the board of directors just a supervisor.
BTW, I though tshe went for a training course during the last year but yesterday they implied in last scene that she finished her degree????????? 6 years worth of education in 1 year i.e 10 standard plus 5 years of college??? wow that must have been one hell of a crash course.
