can u imagine wht will happen then?Archu in Jaywants' place n directly interacting with workers.No one will do their work and will only stare at her.Anyone will go in and request for a leave,on the excuse of son,mother or family....sab koi Archu ko chunna lagayenge n she'll b all innocent.😆😆😆😆

well,I disagree on Dharmesh part.

Tact is important but not when a worker is brought in bcoz of a fight.He did ask the reason.It was Manav who cudnt say anything infront of Jaywant.How will Dharmesh have any idea abt such reasons ?He wud only think it was some petty fight over personal reasons.Going by character only,he wud hav expected Manav to separate personal n professional life .And going by Manav's character only,he gave him another chance.

Being ex clearly doesnt matter to Dharmesh.And I cant say the other worker was at fault either.All the workers witnessing the scene must hav supported salunkhe,cant blame them too.Now,in all this,Dharmesh knows only this much tht Manav picked up a fight and when asked for a reason,he had none.I dont see anything wrong with a boss reacting to such a situation.

Of course he was wrong .He asked but AFTER firing . What kind of an enquiry was it if he fired without knowing the REASON? Manav cant keep quite , coz he has to give a reason for the fight occured on office turf .It was all in Dharmus hand to dismiss Jaywant and talk to manav , or at least find out Salunkhe's version .Do we see that ?

He himself admitted That Manav is a dedcated worker , not prone to such fights etc at all .Phir where was ur intellect before just firing him to show how professional ur ? Satish wud have made enquiries properly .

And yes , one of essential skills of management is tact with labour too .Dharmesh goofed up today . I like him but today I didnt.

I find Dharmesh to be more realistic...he may not be the best manager,but I expected him to behave this way with Manav.He fired in his anger n then asked the reason...very boss-like.😆😆

I didnt find anything wrong with his boss-like behaviour.What I found more wrong was Manav keeping quite.He cud hav said something like"he passed nasty personal comments" etc....kuch toh bolo...he got fired n then he was asked the reason,yet he didnt try to secure the job or prove his innocence...nahi,all those talk abt PAvitra Rishta vanished into thin air.Cudnt say it infront of Jaywant?May I ask why?

Normally,boss in such companies behave such with workers n workers do try n explain their innocence,tht is even if they are not...what exactly was Manav trying to do by keeping quite?Say na I was halping Archana Madam bcoz she fell and this fellow started making nasty comments on her.Done.

I cant understand why he cudnt say this much n save his neck😕

Yeah - Satish tends to reflect on his actions much better,sort of,sees both sides of the story always - his standard reply is- 'bait key baat kar sakthey hain',meaning let us discuss the issue first - he said it during the divorce drama too to ArMan,nobody listened 😡

Dharmesh seems to jump to conclusions too much😕

I loved the commentry today . I agree with everything you have said today .

The part I agree most is savita doing beda gharak of manav once again . I thought , from Shravani's point of view , it was very decent of manav that he wanted no lies in his relationship with Shravani . Tha tclearly goes to show that he gives respect to sachin's mother and does not wants to decieve the woman he wants to marry.

To be honest he never showed this much respect to Archana . When he propsed to Shravani , Archu only got to know after months and when he was angry with Archan then for months he treated her like crap .

Archu doesn't get even 50 % of the sort of respect and care that he showers on Shravani .

Still , he is going to suffer as Shravani will now see a man who is keeping secrets from her and is doing a breach of trust .

Honestly this is so bad as Manav truly wants to be honest and fair to Shravani this time ...

And yes in the relaionship of manav and Archan , Archana is doing far far more for him anytime . There is no comparison . He depends on her even today and she never disappoints .

I also thought that Dharmesh over did it . I didn't like him at all. This new worker Sulnakhe is big time trouble . Even though Jaywant did not do anything that bad today but I sort of felt that he was dying to know the real story . Why do I get the feeling that Jaywant will have Sulankhe working for him as an informer and the person who will find out about this is Archu's new bhaiya , Ajit .

Now tomorrow when Shravani finds out , I hope that she will confront Manav , ask him and not take her anger out on Archana ....

To be honest maybe if manav and Shravani get married now it might be a good thing for Archu . She needs to stay away from Manav so maybe she can start thinking of a life of her own ....

It was so nice to see her making plans for a nice family picnic . Bless her sisters , she needs a break from Manav and needs to be with her own people .
