She always feels betrayed. Deshmukhs dont understand this. They never say anything directly to her. They always do things behind her bak. She gets to know them accidentally and overhears. Who wudnt get angry if they were in her place.

Manav is such a nice guy he wud hav helpd Salunke's wife if she ws in Archu's place 😆 at that point in time it didnt matter to him .... all he saw ws a human being in pain nd did the needful 😆

No comments on Sulo.Atleast she started wondering abt ARchus' future.Gud enuf.I hate to think tht Archu will be all Amma,thruout her life.She shud hav er own family ,kids n live happily,...manav or no manav.

well,I disagree on Dharmesh part.

Tact is important but not when a worker is brought in bcoz of a fight.He did ask the reason.It was Manav who cudnt say anything infront of Jaywant.How will Dharmesh have any idea abt such reasons ?He wud only think it was some petty fight over personal reasons.Going by character only,he wud hav expected Manav to separate personal n professional life .And going by Manav's character only,he gave him another chance.

Being ex clearly doesnt matter to Dharmesh.And I cant say the other worker was at fault either.All the workers witnessing the scene must hav supported salunkhe,cant blame them too.Now,in all this,Dharmesh knows only this much tht Manav picked up a fight and when asked for a reason,he had none.I dont see anything wrong with a boss reacting to such a situation.

He gave a chance to explain.Bhagwan kept quite bcoz he thot Jaywant wont understand their Pavitra Rishta,He looked at him n just kept quite. I wish he catches them red-handed eyelocking or doing foo-foo and then fire them both.

And Dharmesh was not wrong in taunting abt Ajit either.When he entered Archus' cabin,Manav was thr standing with Ajit.How many workers can do tht?Only Manav is my guess.

I dislike all this hanky-panky in office during office hours.They do everything else other thn work.

Dharmesh cant hallucinate tht Manav cudnt talk abt Archana bcoz of JAywants' presence.All he knows is Manav is married to shravani now.

He has a company to run...shud he be going around being tactful with every other worker bcoz he knows he has a good character?

Actually the way she is working looks like Archu wants a demotion - then she can be a 'worker' like manav and they can do foo-foo at the workshop all the time🤣
