guys:
🤗🤗
🤗I have been trying to write ramblings but it has been very difficult for me. I cannot find any material to mock these days. A lot of poetic justice stuff is happening guys and so I cannot fault it. Maaf karo.
I know that Kools Commentary was not posted today so I am going to write some quick observations on my part. not sure if you agree or if you don't but lets discuss eh?😃😃😃😃
Satish - you know how much I like this character and guys he is a sweetheart still Thank GOD but I have a mixed reaction to his intervention in this manner.
As a person who has been touched by manav;s and archana's life directly and very deeply to the point that he was on team Arman his dissatisfaction with manav's treatment was right.
From a professional point of view, he was wrong. you don't make business decisions with your heart you make it with your mind. businesses are run for profit not philantrophy. his decision to protest by quitting a profitable venture can be commended as a friend and a BIL but denounced as a businessman. If Dharmesh had fired without cause and without pay Satish would have been right. but Alas, Dharmesh went by the book
this is the very reason you do not hire or partner with family and friends. business and pleasure are an incompatible mix and boundaries always get crossed.
Archana - her decision to quit in protest was wrong for the same reasons above. however, her action to quit would have been beneficial for the company. she is underqualified, lacks practical business sense and management style. By not accepting her resignation Dharmesh acted with poor business sense.
her decision to take her BOSS on a philanthropic tour DURING BUSINESS HOURS was wrong. very unprofessional. It is not done. After business hours maybe. As a BIL maybe but not as a boss. Also I can assure you she would not have reacted in the same manner had ANYONE ELSE been fired in that way. she would have presented an opinion and then lived with the decision. she might even have offered to give the fired employee a reference if she felt really bad. however her entire conduct since leap with workers, Dharmesh and jaywant has been very unprofessional and overtly personal and emotional.
Dharmesh - he was right in firing both manav and prakash. giving two weeks notice and in lieu compensation was also her perogative. he exercized it as he thought best. the reason he gave to savita was correct - code of conduct. made sense to me. his outrage at savita's interference also made sense to me. again he was correct. his abrupt and blunt manner is difficult to comprehend but his logic is not.
Savita - very wrong to come and speak the way she did at the factory. maybe at his home but not at the factory. she came because he was Archu's BIL. her son was a factory worker. he was fired with cause. if any one else' mother had done that Dharmesh could have in anger made it very difficult for that dude to get a job in a factory anywhere else in the mumbai, Savita is not wise in her actions. Also, that must have been so embarrasing for 30 year old man like Manav.
Look everybody, my mammy's got my back. don't no one bully me or my mammy will complaint to your mammy and then you will get a whipping. Uff!!! Mother and son are quite a duo. one is an overzealous fool and the other is a glorified wimp.
Shravani- everything she said today was right - just one problem - her motive was wrong.
Sachu - one unlucky child - a dead father, a loser step father, a distracted mother, a tactless grandmother, a detached paternal grandfather and an absent maternal grandmother and oh abject poverty and an unused fortune. If this was a western movie, Sachu would be a drunk.
Vinod - finally a right decision for his children and himself.
So guys, what do you think?
Hope
Again, sorry about the no ramblings for weeks now.
