Fans, be it young or old, have showered him with love and praises, but recently he has been receiving a lot of flak.

Everywhere he goes, the actor is being mobbed by fans who are very concerned about his impending on screen divorce with Archana, played by Ankita Lokhande

Recently, while he was at a super market, he was cornered by a group of housewives who wanted him to spill the beans regarding the divorce.

Sushant was very surprised but he smiled politely and suggested that they watch the show to find out. However, the ladies weren't convinced and for no less than 20 minutes they went on about how Ankita and he make a great couple both on screen and off screen and that it would be a grave mistake if the duo gets divorced on screen.

In another instance, while Sushant was picking up his cousin from her college, one of her classmates (who is smitten by him) told him that he should divorce Archana and break up with her in real life too as he deserved someone much better, someone like herself!

And the most bizarre situations of all was when an old lady walked up to him during a puja at his close friend's house and told him that she has been praying every day for the divorce to be called off.

The actor was really touched and hugged the old lady and thanked her for all her prayers. That is when he realised how important it has become for so many fans across the country that his Pavitra Rishta with Archana stays intact!

Well, with all these reactions and wishes, we sure hope Manav re-considers his decision
