Vandita's - Attempted Rape

WHAT KIND OF GARBAGE IS BEING PROMOTED HERE😡?

Any man who attempts to rape a woman is a criminal and should be charged with that crime. Why are the writers of this show forcing or pressuring the victim to marry the rapist? Surely television would move away from promoting such thinking.

Rape is NON consensual sex. It is where an individual is forced, pressures, cooerced, taken advantage off. Vandita fortunately was able to escape😲.

I don't understand where her reputation is ruined? She did not AGREE to this liasion. So how is her reputation tained? More importantly she was able to escape before he got further than tearing the sleeves of her outfit.

I am also bewilderd - didn't anyone even notice she was missing when it all happened?

Ekta Kapoor really has some serious issues. In another of her dramas (which was recently taken of the air) she claimed she was doing some "research" and had found that a number of servants were taken advantage of by their employers (no $&^%), but instead of showing this, she had the employee fake a rape😡.

Now Ekta has a the victim of an attempted marry her rapist? It seems Ekta is a rich girl who has very little life experience or knowledge about the real world. A highly sheltered young girl who doles out her money for these shows, makes money and then goes to Lous Vuttion or wherever rich girls go to shop. It is quite evident that if she was disgusted with what women have to endure when they are raped or an attempted rape takes place, she would never have promoted or supported this "marriage." If EK likes this, then she should herself get married this way.

Plus no research supports that a man who rapes a woman changes upon marrying her. Please, stop this romantic notion. A man who treats a woman like dirt before he marries her, will treat her the same way, because he is a JERK. So this Ajit will become good - he will probably because Ekta Kapoor will want it, but in real life - give me a break.
