yes it is but these are smoked, so it is dark brown with the skins and bones taken off, i boil it in water to take the extra salt and yuckiness off and then run it under the tap afterwards and then i cook it up with tomatoes.

let me put it this way, where i live it is HOTTT!! with mountains and beaches.. so it's gotta be cold for me or cool. btw anyone in the mood for an early morning drive to the beach tomorrow..to see the sunrise from the mountain?

Fifi: I've never been out of N. America, but almost everywhere in Canada is pretty nice. One of my personal favourites there is Banff, its beautiful.

It would be so nice to go through with your suggestion, 'cept I be livin' out on them borin' grassy plains in the Southern US where it is currently unseasonably cold.
