There are many girls like Maju around us...........it's just their nature.........they just somehow refuse to see any good side of their in-laws..........there are many moms also...who instaed of giving constructive advice to their daughther....interfares in their life a lot and tries to break the family apart......

I totally agree with jhumapan, It is true most of the mothers do not let their daughters live in peace with their in-laws, no matter how good the in-laws are.

"good...acting badly" i don't think so. I can understand covering up mistakes by telling lies but Manju actually rejoices in Archu's breakup - didn't she laugh so happily and how happily she talks to her mother about the trials and tribulations of her inlaws. She is not acting bad - she IS BAD!!.

She rejoices in her inlaws misfortunes and problems. She is a hypocrite and a rebel rouser.
