Also Sandhya ji is on board with it, as per her comments on insta.

It looks like the cast may be on board with the theme but the failure to execute the tracks properly has resulted in a disconnect. Otherwise, we were always able to understand complex themes on this show because of the wonderful screenplay and nuanced portrayal.

The biggest motivating factor: they're getting paid. 😆

I don't think they're really in a position to complain about the characters. Just look at what happened to Hunar. She said she didn't want to play a motherly role, aur usse show se bahar hi nikal diya. 😆

Besides, the actors are doing a wonderful job regardless of the material they are getting. There's no complaints in that department. It's the writing and execution that's failing. There's nothing wrong with the actors.

But whatever they are showing of Babita is so against her basic character traits... for that matter even HS's.. which is why it doesn't make sense and people are hating it.

I think makers wanted to show how children are affected by parent's 2nd marriage and I totally get the concept.... but this was not any normal kind of 2nd marriage. This was different. HS and Mini's bond is different. The execution of all this is just bad.

Yeah but the performances have also had in impact even before episode 200.

He won't, it's not professional. Besides, he's not going to diss the team and the show that has given him so much over the past few months. On top of that, the fact that tons of people are saying they watch only for him or are unhappy with the change in his character, must make him feel good.

If you pay attention to some of his tweets, it's clear what he really thinks of the situation.
