I don’t know if it’s also Paridhi’s limited acting abilities that add to this. Anirudh and Ashnoor are both better actors than her. HS also messes up, Mini also messes up, but the actors hold the connect.

Thank you for saying this. The actress really needs to work hard on her expressions. I understand underacting is her style but not showing any emotions can really put off viewers.

LOL I’m not trying to criticize her but the contrast is very obvious. And her limited acting abilities further lead to disconnect when it’s already hard to empathize with Babita much 🤷‍♀️

I will repeat again. Ashnoor was fab yesterday in showing a range of emotions from Mini. While with Babita, there is no other way to put it....she looks comically clueless. There is something about Paridhi’s dialogue delivery that makes it worse too. Her tone sounds bratty by default whenever she’s trying to be “strict”.

I don’t know if she can work on her expressions beyond this. This seems to be the extent of her range now 🤷‍♀️

I don't want to hurt the feelings of her fans but this has had a effect on my viewing experience. I don't know if she can improve much her expressions but I really want her to smile while talking with HS at least during private conversations like when he offered her coffee. She could have said thank you with a smile.

That still won’t fix the basic disconnect in her acting IMO 🤷‍♀️....what would have helped would be the writers giving her scenes that play to her strengths - her simplicity, dignity, sensitivity.

Playing the bratty and emotionally stunted aspects of Babita non-stop has led to a disconnect....there is no balance.
