I would disagree.. if I saw someone mistreating my mother, I would not want anything to do with them.. And my mother would also expect the same from me.. that's what loyalty is.. I have to respect my mother's feelings because she is the one wronged.. Mini actually blamed Babita.. even when she lashed out at Khuranas, Mini did not feel her anguish and her first instinct was to go and comfort her grandparents before Babita called her.. that actually dilutes what ever she feels about her mother.. this means she is still not realizing the extent of pain her mother has in her.. she believes Babita is wrong in allienating Khuranas and that is the major problem I have with her in this track

One day, HS and Minnie will just end up leaving the house when they are fed up and she will be left all alone.

@ boldthe issue is that mini kept asking her to talk to ashok about them going with him to london. But babita dint even pay heed to minis needs and never spoke up for both of them. i guess that is what mini is speaking about that it is entirely not khuranas fault that they dint send babita to london.

Also when babita sent ashok away she dint consider the khuranas. she was at that point very happy that they are with her. Now she is having an issue and there is no one to take care of them.

though mini thinking on the lines that if she had a house she would shift there with her grandparents is going too far. its like she is choosing them over babita & HS . the most she can do is find them another rented house. and irfan is temporary he is not going to be here forever & Naim bi has always kept them well.

Actually, I suspect she is doing this because deep down she is fed up of mothering Babita and wants to be responsible for her own self.

I don't know if her breakdown will ever happen, but such things point to it.

One of the main reasons Minnie felt this way about having a separate house is because she didn't feel that the haveli was her own home.

Now that she has reconciled with HS, let's see how she feels about all this.

Babita did not send Ashik away.. she gave him the opportunity to be a father to at least one of his kids.. Ashok could have refused.. Biji Dadu could have refused.. It's not like Babita put a gun.. she gave him a way out.. he is the one who took it, and Biji Dadu agreed with him

Babita did say in her outburst that she wanted to talk to Ashok but he never gave her the time of day

Babita was indeed happy but then she saw that even after so much, the oldies do not have the power to stop their daughter from spewing venom. And when Babita stopped Lovely, Biji tried to stop her and that's when Babita lost it completely..

If this is about Mini having independent equation with her grandparents and Babita not having an issue with it, agreed. It makes sense.

But it Mini expects Babes to mend her relationship with Senior Khuranas then big no no. Babes should be able to make that decision!

I think everyone should let Babita decide what equation she wants with various people.

As Mickey had said, the decision to speak up or stand up for herself should come from within Babita and not on being prodded by Minnie or anyone else.

I agree with you and I hope this is actually where the writers are taking it but who knows?

Then she can stop mothering Babita and let her do whatever she wants.. It's up to Babita to decide how she wants to deal with her marriage.. at least now Babita should be given the chance to live like she wants even if she is wrong.. that's what freedom is and that's what Mini is actually refusing her
