Oh no, I've been feeling very annoyed with Babes and Minnie. With Babes it was the whole culpable homicide thing, cuz what tf? I get HS said harsh words, but him saying mean things doesn't equate him to being a killer. And given how the case turned out, I don't even see what the point was of him saying all that. Okay, he wanted to protect them but it ended up doing more damage than good. People were unnecessarily hurt.

And then there's Minnie. My gosh, there are rare moments where I absolutely adore her but for the most part she has been getting on my nerves. A child should not be interfering in adult's lives to this extent. They are fricking adults for goodness' sake. They have seen more and experienced more than her. They have their own minds, let them use it! And if they make mistakes, so what? Let them learn from it and grow. She can't lead their lives for them nor dictate every little thing. Let them have family moments with her included, but also just let Hanita be Hanita.

You're 21, and I'm 24 and I still feel like I know jack shit about relationships. The amount of thinking this show makes me do is unbelievable. I get that their situation and circumstances differ vastly from my own, but to expect a 17 year old knows what's best for her mother than the mother herself... um, no. Babes is not a fricking child, she's a 35 year old woman. Let her start acting like it.

She is very important part I agree. But when will these 2 unite to handle one of her life issues? Woh toh dikh nahi raha.

New Promo gives me vibes that, these 2 will have issues and at the end decide to get married coz of Mini. Fir wahi.. compromise wali shadi. Dhire dhire pass aana. Finally fall in Love. Typical Indian TV wedding scenario 101. Hoping that writers don't go there. Please no.

I understand Minnie is a very important element in their relationship but they need to prioritize one another too. If they keep doing this for Minnie, then what are they gonna do when she goes away for higher studies? Or decides to pursue a career in travel photography?

It's almost like there's a block in their relationship. I can't feel that same chemistry or love they had for each other pre Imarti track. It's as if after that things went haywire.

I don't want to see him go down that path, please. Can't see him feeling suffocated, mistreated.

As long as Minnie's trying to be the catalyst this relationship won't evolve. Also, when she told HS that he couldn't proceed with Babita without her guidance, I had a bad feeling about it.

HS keeps saying, woh thehra chhada aadmi. Kuch bol dega. Kuch ka kuch nikal aayega uske muh se. I don't see any point for him to say those words to make them go away. Why are you deciding for them? Let them decide.

Babes leaves coz HS said those words. Harsh Words = him being murderer. Like what?

Then HS tells Lala that Mhare andar ka bhanvar sabko baha lega. Imarti khadi ho gai rakh mein se. Kirayedarni ji bholi hai. Galati hui hai. Prayaschit karna padega. Again... Hein? Did he mean that he doesn't want to move with Babes?

Then tomorrow Babes ka pyar ke imtihaan wala drama.

Dono ne itna flip-flop kiya hai in last couple epis. Dimag ghum gaya. Yeh log itne inconsistent kabse ho gaye?

Bas Mini ji sab samajti hai. Antaryami. Namaskar kijiye sab.

Exactly my thoughts. Mujhe laga tha.. finally Mini will have a normal happy parents. They were behaving like her parents up until he declared himself as Mini ka father.

Uske bad se yeh dono bachhe ban gaye. And Mini unki dadi. 😆

Aghhh I so agree with everything you said. I am around the same age as you. This show definitely makes you think beyond.

I love Mini too and agree she’s much more sensible and mature than her age, but she is still inexperienced. She’s been getting on my nerves too. Just let Hanita be themselves and solve their own issues, and Mini need not be freaking involved in everything. I think it’s the way writers are presenting Mini in Hanita’s story is whats bothering me.

Even with this promo, I wasn’t as excited as I would have been. It also bothered me that Mini was the one indicating to HS to give his opinion on those outfits. Why couldn’t it have just been between HS and Babita? Mini didn’t need to witness it. HS ko ishara kyun karrahi thi woh. Babita could have done that on her own.

I think part of the problem is that despite his best intentions, HS is having to now treat mother-daughter as a package deal. He can't have isolated equations with them. Minnie is obviously much more involved in her mother's life than the other way round. She is still overprotective of Babita and is keeping too close an eye on this development in her life. It's as though it is her own project that she wants to see to completion with specific objectives in mind, without having enough knowledge or experience to first vet that her assumptions and goals are actually the right ones. She feels her mother deserves happiness after what happened in her previous marriage and is sort of hand-holding her into this next phase.

Not healthy for her, especially when she realizes that all that glitters is not gold.

I watched the promo today and felt nothing. I don't get why Minnie needs to be involved in every little thing. She knows that they need some time alone and has even indirectly told this to Dadu and Beeji, but the CVs STILL find one way or another to make her involved. Whether it's her eavesdropping on their conversation or watching their interactions - it's becoming too much.

At this point all I want is ONE Hanita scene. The reason why Dheere Jalna and Tum Pukar Lo, their late night conversations and such similar scenes are so special is because it was just Hanita. They may have at times talked about others, but they spent those moments alone and bonded deeply with one another. Through their thoughts, they got to learn each other's way of thinking, get an insight into their characters, the depth of their understanding of the outside world etc.

At times I feel like the Hanita we had then vastly differs to the one we have now.
