They have restricted themselves to only taunting because they do fear his position as a police officer.

Khatri's wife fears him less than Khatri because she knows Hanuman doesn't involve himself with women in verbal/physical fights but he can easily beat up Khatri since he's a man and if he crossed his limit.

In an episode, when Khatri, Balli and Khartar pass a nasty comment on his relationship with Babita and Mini, he was about to beat them black and blue but Lala stops him in time.

If not the most feared officer, he has instilled some level of fear in the community about his power and position.

I didn't find anything wrong in chopping onions but that's weird to see him like this on duty 😆

Though the scene was cute especially when Mini wipes his tears😊

Yes that's what I meant to say. He has been given the security duty in the celebrations and here he's cutting vegetables for the mother-daughter duo.😲

I am not against men doing cooking and other household work but the society is yet to completely accept that this cooking- shooking is not just a woman's job.

The community is used to seeing Hanuman Singh as a proud, macho police officer and they deem all this cutting, cooking as a lowly, woman's job. I was surprised that none of the other women, Khatri's wife or the other woman questioning or taunting Hanuman for cutting onions for the mother-daughter.

I felt it would have made more sense if Khatri and co. had taunted Hanuman for doing a woman's work and in turn get a befitting reply from Babita, Minnie or Hanuman that there's nothing like a man's or a woman's job and it's just their low, conservative thinking. That would've justified his actions and would've been more realistic.

There is nothing in a man chopping onions in public but I get your point,he being a police officer and supposedly being on duty seems weird to me also. Giving a benefit of doubt to CVs ,I believe it was a scene for fun where Mini is wiping his tears and adding more onions to his pile.

I can never deny the cuteness of the scene though😳. Veer Balika and her Hanuman uncle are always a treat to be seen together⭐️.

There is nothing wrong in showing HS cutting onions. And the point of him being on duty and doing this job is not wrong because:
1) There can be many other police officers doing rounds
2) The crowd at that point was less. The mela did not start yet.
And coming to the point where he said that he will not help Babita in stitching the clothes is just to motivate her. He cannot do everything for her. If you all saw yesterday's episode properly, then you would have heard him tell, babita needs everything within her comfort zone and he really wants her to get out of that habit. And, by cutting onions no one's public image gets tarnished. If so, he can give it back to all of them.

I found the following couple of things from the last episode bit awkward but that's totally MY POV !!!

1.HS cutting onion or helping in cooking or helping in any household chor as a man is not a big deal for me BUT what bothers me is that doing this as an on-duty police officer and wearing the uniform is not felt good for me.

2. I am loving the confident Baita But I don't see why she is not ready to accept her hard money and why she keep rejecting that again and again? 1st she refused to take 1500 rs from stall owner and then from Shanaya. Both the cases she worked hard and honestly so that her right to take the money and it's not that anyone was doing any favor on her. I am not at all asking to take the entire month salary but she should take whatever she truly deserves. There is nothing wrong to make money on the basis of our services.

The scenes I love from yesterday's episode were:

1.The way HS explains MINNI Babita's situation s and how she is evolving. Loving HS character.

2. Love the way Babita confronts Sanaya and explain the entire thing so boldly yet with lots of dignity.

3. Love how Babita made a quick decision to call and send MSG to Sanaya instead of freaking out and made the situation worst.

4. Love the way Babita stops Minni to make any situation in front of Khatri and make her accept the PRASAD.

Overall a very nice episode.

All these points are totally my point of view I am sorry in advance if I hurt anyone's feelings:)

I was like slapping khatri's wife when she started to taunt Hanuman Singh...well this is not the1st time she is doing like this..I guess this is the 1st time when he is in uniform and on duty... Actually HS has created a lot of respect in us for the uniform and his job... So this reaction...

And about onion cutting scene..Makers want to create cute scene..By mentioning the above reason some of us feel like this..

They take Hanuman Singh for granted because he don't raise his hand to beat them Gandhi ji ka bhakt h kya kare.. Literally no respect for him.
