Here's the update...

Radha's room

The next morning, Swapnil is taking the file and calls Despande and asks him to meet him with the papers. In the living room, Shivaji asks where Swapnilis going and he says to the office to do some deal. Shivaji sees the file in his hand and asks to see it. Swapnil is worried and tries to avoid giving the file to him. Shivaji nearly has the file in his hands when Aai takes it and scolds him that he shouldn't worry about office matters. Swapnil is happy and finally goes. Radha is anxious...

In the Chawl...

Mandy asks Megs to take Avi with ther to the office so tht he can ask for a job. Megs lies that her boss is at home and Mandy says tht this is even better and they should go there. Megs then says that she was thinking of inviting her boss home so then they'll be able to talk about Avi's job at ease...

Shlok's office

Aarti comes with lunch for Shlok ad Swapnil. Radha phones Shlok on his mobile and asks why he came to the office when ehwas unwell. He moves away from Aarti so that she doesn't know it's Radha. Shlok mentions that Aarti has come and Radha is sad. However, she fakes being happy. When the call is over, Aarti asks who it was and Shlok replies that it was Radha. Aarti is sad/disturbed/angry.

Swapnil's office

A guy calls Swapnil and says that if Swapnil doesn't pay him the next installment then he can forget the money. Swapnil says not to worry and that 120 crores will be transferred in his account. Shlok enters then and he has heard everything. He asks about the 120 cores and Swapnil lies that he's going to takeover a company with that money and Shlok believes him. He does ask where the 120 crores will come from and Swapnil tells him not to worry. Shlok goes and Swapnil is happy with himself.

At the Chawl.

Megs has taken an actor to pay her boss' role and he is dining with them and praising Megs. While talking, the truth comes out and Mandy says that Megs was lying.

Nehrular house

Shlok is having dinner and Radha is in her room. A Verma guy calls and says that 120 crores have been transfered in his account. He is shocked but remember's Swapnil's words and smiles. He says to Swapnil that he is great and mentions in front of everybody about the takeover thing. Swapnil is disturbed thay the money got into Shlok's account and not his. Swapnil thinks that he knows it is Radha's doing and that she'll have to pay for this.
