The episode begins with Pranay talking to the inspector. He tells the inspector to inform him the minute he finds out anything about this case. The inspector agrees and leaves Pranay's house. Radha comes to the living room and Pranay says he should have done this a long time ago. But he had never believed Ishita when she told him about such things. He had always thought she was hallucinating. Radha asks him why the inspector didn't question her as she is an eye-witness. Pranay replies that it was not necessary. He had explained everything to the inspector and if he had further questions he can always call one of them. Radha leaves the matter there and tells him he looks tired and that she will make garma garam adrak wali chai for him😳 He says only if she'll sit with him and have some chai too.😳 Radha hesitates at first but then agrees.
At Radha's house, Megs is sitting on her bed looking a little dazed. Avi, Yash, and Ankita enter the room. Avi sits on the bed in front of Megs and tries to feed her some lunch. She tells him she doesn't want to eat but Yash and Ankita try to convince her. Just then Aai screams from outside of the room that if she doesn't want to eat, there's no need for them to make her eat. "bhook lage gi to wohi khayegi!" Avi tries to make Megs eat again but she screams (so that Aai can hear) that she has already said she doesn't want to eat. Crying, she leaves.
Radha comes to the room with chai and they sit down sipping from their cups. Pranay asks her how Megs is doing and RAdha replies that she's doing better. She's just sad about the loss. He tells her everything will be fine and if she ever needs anything, then she should ask him without hesitating. He tells her to leave early today.
Ishita is sleeping in her room. She wakes up coughing and calls out for Radha asking for water.
Radha is still in the living room talking to Pranay. She tells him that she should go home early today. But before leaving, she wants to check up on Ishita. If she has woken up, then she can give her the medicine before leaving.
Ishita gets up and tries to reach the water jug on the side table. She's leaning over the edge of the bed.
In the living room, Pranay is saying that he's sure Ishita will recover soon and Radha agrees, saying she too wants to see her recover soon.
In the bedroom, Ishita's trying her best to reach the water jug. She accidentally knocks the jug to the floor and she too falls from the bed. Pranay and Radha hear her scream. They both run upstairs and see Ishita on the ground struggling to sit up. Radha runs to her side to help her but Ishita stops her. She says she had called out for Radha so many times but where was she? Radha was called for her observation, not for someone else's. She asks her what was she doing w/ Pranay? She tells RAdha she's just like all the other nurses. They too were after her husband. RAdha and Pranay look shocked. He tells her to stop all this but Ishita just tells them both to leave. She says she can take care of herself. Pranay and Radha try once more to help her but she screams that she doesn't need their help. As they're watching, Ishita struggles and manages to crawl to her wheelchair...but then faints there. Pranay picks her up and places her on the bed. Pranay blames himself for all this. No matter how much he tries, she just keeps moving farther away from him. Radha tells him to control himself.
The next morning, Megs is lost in thought when she notices Avi walking by. She requests him not to leave her alone and go to work but he says he has to go. He tells her she won't be alone since Yash, Ankita, and Aai will be at home. Megs, disappointed, says that yash and ankita will be busy w/ friends and Aai hasn't been talking to her since yesterday. Avi says he would have stayed home if it was his own business but this is a job and he has to go. But if she wants, he'll quit the job and stay home with her. She quickly disagrees and tells him to go to work. He tells her to smile once for him and she does. He leaves telling her he'll come home early.
(I truly felt sorry for Megs today...she looked so lost and confused. And proud of Avi. For once he seemed like a mature adult😛)
Avi gets out of an auto at Mandira's house and he and the auto wala have a small argument about the money. Neither of them has change. Just then Avi sees a mali working in the garden and asks him if he has change. The guy angrily replies he doesn't and walks over to Avi and the autowala. He asks Avi what he was doing here and Avi says the mali doesn't need to know such details. The guy gets angry and asks Avi doesn't he have manners and Avi taunts hte guy saying now hte mali will teach him about manners. The mali leaves angrily and Avi gives the money to the autowala.
IShita is sitting in her wheelchair reading a magazine and Radha gives her the medicines. Ishita says she won't take the pills since they make her dizzy. She says she knows someone has changed her medicine to kill her. Radha says that's not true. She says she had the medicines tested and had looked at the reports too. There's nothing wrong with them. Radha tries to convince Ishita to take them but Ishita angrily pushes the glass away. She says angrily that she's getting worse because of the medicines. She's slowly dying because of these. She then asks Radha to give her the pills and taking them she heads out to the study room, where Pranay is. Pranay is telling someone to bring a file from hte car. He's telling the servants how the house must be furnished differently. Just then Ishita and RAdha come there. Pranay asks them what's wrong. Radha says Ishita does not want to take the medicines. Ishita tells Radha to be quiet and that she will talk to pranay. She tells him she doesn't want to take the medicines because someone has changed them and wants to kill her. saying that, she throws the pills at Pranay's face. Radha looks at the servants and tells Ishita that they should go back to her room. But Ishita continues that is Pranay scared in front of everyone. They're scared that the truth about them both will come out in the open. She says she wants to scream in front of everyone that someone is trying to kill her slowly. Radha and Pranay say that she's wrong and that the medicines are fine. But Ishita is not convinced. She says she knows someone wants to kill her. She keeps repeating this and Pranay tells her she's hallucinating. HE asks her who would want to kill her. She looks at him and says "tum Pranay!" Pranay and Radha are shocked.
