2 guys i put; both have mental health issue. 1 was in medical, they called me. I go to talk & he says i hate this place, want to get out. if not will kill myself or my cell partner.

2nd guy i asked are you going to keep your self safe. he says don't know.

More than enough for us to put them on suicide watch.
