suicide watch is we put offenders in segregation where they are locked up in single cell for entire day. We take away their properties and all because they can use to hurt their selves.

2 guys i put; both have mental health issue. 1 was in medical, they called me. I go to talk & he says i hate this place, want to get out. if not will kill myself or my cell partner.

2nd guy i asked are you going to keep your self safe. he says don't know.

More than enough for us to put them on suicide watch.
