Thx Shweta.😃 They are delicious.. Did u make those 6 side dishes too in quick time 😆?
BTW, how u make it?? meaning recipe 😉. Think we may have something similar.

It is fairly easy to make

Soak 2 cups of rice overnight... Also soak 1 cup of toor dal + 1/2 cup chana dal + 1 spoon of urad dal for 3-4 hours...

Soak the rice and dal separately

Grind it into a dosa like paste. Add pepper, jeera, red chillies, curry leaves, asoeftodia and salt while grinding

Mix the batter well and cook it like dosa
