That's right, that park must be very close to your place😛 You get more workout outdoors than indoors. I mostly run on treadmill. I have a small gym in my basement😳😳 My hubby prefers to run outdoors so we excise together, me inside and he outside😆😆

Ya this park is at a walking distance from my apt..it gets boring for me to run on tread mill or even elliptical after some point of time...so started running outdoors
