Umm Sorry but i disagree with u..as Timeslot does affect. Yeah there is an exception in LTL..that show got more TRPs when it was shifted from 9:30 to 8:30..Neways here Parichay had established itself in 9:30 slot..so slot change that too a late night affected it..and Storywise Parichay was by far the best compared to Sony and Zee 10:30 slots Shows..btw Do you think that BV will get 4.3 Trps even if its shifted from 8pm to 10pm..??..no..Trps will cm to 3.0 or low..so Time slot change that too of Popular show will affect Ratings..I bet The Abhay Siddhi wedding drama on 9:30 slot wud have given Parichay 2.5+ ratings..also Bomb blast track cud have made Parichay slot leader in 9:30...😉😛...i m just waiting for PS2😛

Channel sure mad really big mistake by shifting time. People are creatures of habit & when you have option to watch it at better time, why not?👎🏼

Also PH - CVs left no stone untouched to ruin it all. The tracks they forced may work in other shows, but Parichay always has stood different from other shows. The realistic storyline, complexity of male lead character and adorable couple has been USP of the show. They did play a lot with it👎🏼

So what went wrong with Parichaqy is everything except star cast

Parichay received unfair treatment from PH & Channel😡 Only star cast & fans cared to fullest.

Whatever happened, happened. Learn from past mistakes and give us Parichay Season 2 with bang😃

I think when the show shifted from 9.30 pm to the 10.30 pm time-slot, it could have affected the show's TRPs, because we already had a loyal audience watching it at 9.30 pm; a kind of habit was formed. We lost that audience, resulting in a dip in the ratings. Secondly, there were four to five re-runs during the day, and people who had stopped watching the show when it shifted to the new slot, started watching the repeats. It is a combination of factors that affected Parichay. With over 400 episodes, the show would have completed two years in July. It still has a great potential that remains untapped. We have shown the struggle of the main protagonist Kunal Chopra, but we haven't touched upon or explored his life as a rich, successful man.

sorry to say change in time slot is the lame reason...the reason for the show to utterly fail is CVs and ektaji...they showed abhay-siddhi marriage in spite of fans strong petition requesting to unite SiNal with more than 10000 signature with in a week time... fans are not that idiots to go behind the show which doesn't care fans feelings ...obviously they move on and they did...CVs dug their own grave...
