I neva knew forum pe rehne se cough n cold hota hai 😲 i thought it happened to me bcoz change of water n weather 😆

I m jst having dal chawal and cant eat spicy foods till i completely get off this cough

Forum per rahene se nahin raat ko late tak jagne se. Due to lack of rest.

Drink hot warm soups😛. If you are non-vegeterian then chicken soup is the best but if vegeterian like me then drink any vege soup.

arey yaar yahan mujhe sabki sunani padti hai koi meri sunta hi nahi hai 😆 i have haldi+milk before sleeping mumma's home made nuskha to avoid cough

n m pure veggie .. Dnt even like N of non-veg 😆
