Actually I am glad that KC lost the deal for it appeared too easy. As I mentioned in another post, Abhay did offer the client a cheaper price , an offer that would be too good for client to refuse. and hence the order went to him. KC needs to know in business , you need to have a signed contract bet supplier and client and a penalty clause imposed shoud the order be rejected by the client. All contracts must be in paper signed and endorsed with no escape clause. No verbal communication. Too bad, it made it easy for Abhay to come in ...anyway this was we expected.

From this experience KC needs to have a buisness acumen mind and to cover all loopholes very well before embarking on such projects. Hope the next time he will be lucky. KC should do something that canno be copied by Abhay or Richa easily.
