How many times we have seen KC donning his penguin suit and going to the court with so much confidence and later loosing it big time coming home drunk and dejected , someone fighting the case, or him ending up in jail for physically assaulting Thakral.
Well, did not watch the last two episodes , just reading it, was enough just how predictable the show is progressing in the name of intrigue, drama but must say ' the biggest joke of town lately among my friends and loyal viewers.. Real comedy with lots of disgust thrown in lacking in every department. Logic!
Well, this time we know KC will win. But not the way we want using his gold medallist brain. He will win by using someone. Richa . Get married to her and gain instant status as a Rich man to win the custody battle. A quick win.!
I thought I would write a little short story. Please bear with me. My court scene will be different but who cares, the end result will be the same. Kunal wins case by getting married to Richa and this is how it happens. Sorry to have passed the verdict even before the court hearing. But then its so predictable!
Here it comes
The chopras, Thakrals, Diwans are all gathered in the courtroom, plus some nothing to do jobless passer by bystanders who was roped in to give the oohss..aaahhhs...and huh. Waiting for the judge's arrival
Court in Session!
Judge arrives and
Judge looks and takes a double take and screams at everyone before taking his seat - My god you guys again! Nothing to do even after 9 years? What are you sadists? Like to take shots at each other everytime. ? Very free is it?
Kunal at judge with his brows raised upwards: You ! Why are you always presiding in all our cases! Dammit! Give me a break will you!
Thakral at Judge and Kunal and chuckles: I don't mind. My work gets down simple as he knows everything.
People in the court heard sighing and saying...yeah the same old thing and this time they were paid to be present in the court to make it look more dramatic or they will be shot by Abhay.
Judge takes his seat and snaps : Ok start the damn proceedings! What are you waiting for. Red carpet?
Thakral stands up : Your honour, the case is so simple!
Judge sighs : It has been always,Thakral, but don't know why you guys like to drag it. Tell me about it!
Thakral : KC is the father of my client's children. My client Siddhi has charged that her husband is not fit to raise her children for the man cant even shave himself, let alone keep his room tidy and always likes to run away from home and spends most of his time in Santosh bar and worst cannot even hold a job for six months.
Judge: Ok, so what's new.? Get on will you?
Thakral: A little patience judge...I am coming to the point...now my client after serving her tour of duty of 9 years, for a crime she did not commit is back and is now leading a happy life with Abhay who is the gentlest man on this face of earth and his sweet mother with her, second son Anand.. My client feels her family is incomplete without her first son and wants KC to return their first son to her as KC is good for nothing!
KC yells in a deep commanding voice: THAKRAAAL!
Judge fell out his chair at the scream : Hey you, mad fella, stop screaming on top of you voice will you? You almost gave me a heart attack just now.! Lower your voice for god sake! I just had a bypass surgery. At the rate you are screaming, my ballon in my heart will burst!
Tharkal at Judge: You see, you see, this guy is mental.. judge pls pass the verdict soon or he will come for my neck just like the last time.
KC continued as if he did not hear anything: I would like to call Siddhi to the stand now.
Thakral : I object your honour. He's trying to bully my client
Judge: Hey bro,he has not even started yet. Chill will you. Even i know how the case will end. But just let him win the first part as usual. I like this guy first two days questioning, his drama...lets watch ok. Humor me... but after needless to say everything will go the same way. Someone always there to help him.Sorry, Thakral. Objection overruled!
KC walks to Siddhi and ask: What's your name?
Siddhi looks blankly at him: Not sure anymore! As if you don't know!
KC goes nearer and whispers : What is your name, you double crosser!
Judge to KC : No whisperings please, Mr Kunal. Give Siddhi some breathing space.
KC at judge: Sorry, I was just trying to sniff the perfume she is wearing as this could be our last chance to be together this close.. Ok, ok, fine. Let's start again. My dear wife, please tell the whole world your name please
Siddhi: Dont ask stupid questions. You know its is Siddhi Malik Chopra Diwan
KC : HA HUH.! Note the point...your honour...in a span of 10 years how many last names she had changed.
Judge shook his head and raised both his hands.: Seriously mike , I don't know what the hell you are talking about. Everyone know she was born Malik, Next we know she married you and I know that you guys have call off the divorce and now she is illegally married to Diwan , which I will come back later . So what do you want to say, you over the top, good for nothing lawyer!
KC looked impatiently at the judge: IF you keep interrupting me like, this I will not remember how to carry on. I am 44 you know. Cant remember too much. Memory is fading. Ok , its coming back now. Siddhi became Diwan overnight! Right Siddhi?
Siddhi: I guess so.! You would too if you were in my circumstances. I sms you but you took your time to arrive and now I am married to him. Its all your fault!
KC: Mrs Diwan ' didn't you the night before your fake marriage to Abhay came to the train station and confessed your love for me and revealed I had another son .
Siddhi: I must have been mad to do that, if I know the CVs had other plans for me.!
KC : Answer the question!
Siddhi; Well yeah! So what ? I have the right to change my mind in 24 hours!
Tharkal : Objection! He's trying to intimidate my client!
Judge: Will you just shut up Thakral! And let her speak. Even I want to know why she went there and changed her mind.
Siddhi: Well, I ha dnothing to do that day. I just passed by the train station and saw Kunal and just wanted to talk to him as I thought he was taking the wrong train.
KC: Why did you say you loved me and married him the next day
Siddh whispered to Kc: Well, you see I cannot tell you that openly, you moron! You still haven't learn anything about me all these years isn't it?Sacrific you dumbo!
Judge: I am warning you guys I am sick and fed up of this habitual routine of yours. Hey how many times do I have to say, stop whispering. I want to hear what you just said to him.
Siddhi: Oh well, nothing. Yeah I did say I loved him coz i was feeling lonely but when I reached home and saw how much Abhay and Suleka LOVED MY son, even to the extent of giving up their lives for him, I thought , better to get married to him than KC who cant even hold a job and keeps distrusting me all the while. In fact his whole family never appreciates anything I do for them. I made all sacrifices but they keep scolding me and blaming me for everything. They always took and took from me but never gave anything in return.
KC: Who asked you to make all those sacrifices. You like to do things behind my back , don't belive in open communicaton and stab me from me behin,my back
Siddhi : But what to do.? You never do anything right for me. You always mess up! I have to wear the pants at home. I am sick of this KC. Now i just want to relax and go to spa with my two sons.Even when I tell your right infront of you, you still choose to believe the worst of me.
Judge looked at Siddhi and hit his left chest with his clenched fist and said with tears streaming down from his eyes to cheeks and some mucous from his nose: Siddhi my dear daughter, I can understand your pain. What you must have gone thru with this man. Shame on you Kunal and that family of yours, always taking advantage of this gal. You whole lot a tyrants!
KC passed a tissue to Judge and said: C'mon you cant fall for that! Next you will be telling me to return my son to her.
Tharkal : Yeah , serve you right for taking mine! Now its your turn! I want to see you burn in hell...hahahahah
Judge: Order, order , order! Hey , what do you think this is . A standup comedy session, where you guys just say whatever you want. You speak when its your turn and stop that laughter of yours , will you. Kunal pass that tissue to him. He's drooling so much, its disgusting and unhygenic. I need to eat my dinner in peace later without think about his saliva drooling.
KC snapped. : I am not a tissue man! I am a lawyer!
Judge, along with all the people were heard in a chorus: Yeah, we know...seen , headr, and spoken...all rubbish.! Good for nothing gold medallist lawyer. The crowd were now exchanging looks , as to who will save KC as usually his wife does but now who...and everyone including the judge looked at Richa expectantly.
Richa shouted : Dont look at me like that. Hey listen, I did whatever I can to tell this man how much I loved him. I accused him of raping me, I kidnapped his wife and hired killers to shoot his wife. Tried to run her down. Signed a deal with her go take the blame of my brother's murder, accept the money , made her sign divorce paper which this idiot tore up later. Tried to kill his son. You see no matter what I do, he does not get angry at all with me. I am really bored of this as I keep getting away with all my crimes, and even now I have confessed everything, he still doesn't want to take me to court. Just a slap...I am so bored ... I want to torture him now.. Now he has to ask me nicely if he wants any favour.
Thakral : Richa, I am so proud of you my girl. The things you did for Kunal . Pure divine love. And this guy still doesn't get it
Judge: Ok seriously I am hungry. Can we just order pizza and wrap the case today. I guess we all know how the case is going to end right...?
KC jumped.: Not so fast. I need until lunch time and I will come back to you with new evidence
Judge: Oh whatever just don't come all bloodied , beaten up will you? Enough of tragic comedy drama!, scram everyone . See you later at 2 p.m.
Kunal during recess walked to the bayan tree. Only this time Richa was there, with her arms folded across her protruding overtight chest.
Kunal: Richa, ok I surrender, you win, let's make a deal.
Richa was so excited at the sound of deal: What deal?
Kunal : Just stop pretending will you. I would like to marry you today and get custody of both my sons?
Richa: And what do I get Kunal.? If you think I am just going to marry you in and sleep in a separate room, then no way!
Kunal: Ok, I know that you sicko pscycho. We will sleep in the same room and you can do whatever you want with me . I give up. I cant run anymore.
Richa: Oh no...not that easy...I am not going to do everything. You have to be nice to me. Say you love me every 15 mins. Hug me and make love to me to every hour and I want to go for IVF treatment, find a surrogate mother and have four children , mine and yours, this time. And lastly I want you to be tied to me by chains 24/7.
Kunal said in disguest : Well, ok anything as long as I get both my sons.
Richa cried with a shirll: But I want a big fat wedding and gloat at Siddhi
Kunal: we will do a quick one at the registrar office now and a grand one later, ok?
Richa agreed sadly ; Ok fine, lets go get married.
Court gathered at 2 p.m
Judge: Ok idiots, start your closing crap so that I can go early and play golf. I want the case to be wrapped up today by hook or crook.!
Tharkal : As I said earlier, KC is an unfit father. You can see how his son has been raised like a girl. Child labor to do the housework. It was a deal between Gaurav and Kc, for Gaurav to pay AC school fees on condition he does all the housework. And KC well, he does not have a job once again due to his violent temper . He has only won one case and that too with the help of Siddhi. He talks lots of rubbish but nothing. He is just an old useless good for nothing drunkard. And hence, he has to hand over the AC 1 to Siddhi.
Judge: Kunal, sorry chap, once again I have to write the verdict against you. Even I cannot stand that Sissy son of yours. He came to see me during my lunch time and cried like a girl to save you. I don't want that boy to be in your house. That SIL ' SEEMA is making him do all housework and by the time he reaches puberty, she will make him wear Saree. Yikess., so I am actually doing you a favour by passing the verdict in Siddhi's favour.
KC shouted : Not on your life! I have got news for everyone.
He walked over to the judge and present edsome papers. At the court room Richa was busy passing laddu to all the people. The people have lost interest in the case now and now were seen greedily eating the laddoos and asking for more and there a scruffle fighting over laddoos..
Judge was reading the docs KC passes and was also seen yelling at Richa to pass some ladoo to him as well.
Judge shook his head and said out aloud: Well I be damned. This is the best ladoo I have tasted in years. If only I did not have diabetes, I would have gone for another one more round
KC presses insistently : Judge, the verdict...pass it now
Judge; Oh , ok, I forgot , Ok everyone settle down. We will have our tea break soon...but before that I want to announce some new twist and turn although I am not surprised at all. Ok , KC has proven beyond any doubt, that he is indeed a man with a strong financial background. He has married Richa during lunch time and now holds 50% percent of the Thakral law firm , making him the second richest man in the country and I hereby give his two sons to him. So help me god and save us from any future torture! Hey , I could do with some drumbeat now as I have just passed the most shocking news here and I want that camera to take everyone's jaw dropping stunned expression. Happy now Kunal?
KC: AH YES, i didn't see any point in dragging the case. People give life to their country to be saved. I just gave my body to Richa to be done and used in whatever way she wants. I am done with this drama and have no use with the gold medal anyway. Anyway, to tell you the truth, I don't even have it with me now. I sold it ,long time ago.
Thakral was smiling as if he was just got the news if he was first time father: Kunal, thanks man, for marrying my daughter and finally making an honest woman out of her. Just imagine all her crimes would have gone down the drain. So much efforts and pain she put thru th" Kunal accept Richa project" and finally her dream came true. Hope you forgive and forget whatever she has done, son in law, what say you?
KC: Oh dad, I have forgotten everything the min Siddhi said and Richa confessed. I mean, rape, murder, attempted murder ' what's between friends huh? I truly love Richa for she whatever she did she had my interest at best and did not want to harm me. I know I will be better off safe with her than Siddhi who makes me jump with shock and fear for my life. At least this way, we will all get some peace from Siddhi. Who cares about her anyway now. She made her bed and now she has to lie on it.
Thakral: That's my boy. Shall we go?
KC : But what your going to say to Abhay and Siddhi?
Thakral : Why do you think I took the case? I know you have no way out if I am your opponent and this is the only way and my final trump card to get you married to my daughter. Dont you think it was simply brilliant.?
KC cried in shock. : Dad, you are the best, simply the best! I love you D Thakral.
D. Thakral cried and hugged Kunal and raining kisses on KC FACE. : I love you too Kunal . I have waited almost 14 years to hear you say these words. I love you madly Kunal. I cannot live another second without you in my house with Richa.
Richa: Dad let him go.He's mine. C'mon Kunal lets get out of here and off to bed. But before that I need to buy some candles, a whip, cuff links. I want to be kinky with you tonight.
Kunal beamed with pain : My little tiger! Just be gentle with me ok.?
Abhay was seen biting his shoes and Sulekha ran to Siddhi: Siddhi, look at Abhay. He has completely lost it.
Well, guys ' so this is what in store for us the next few weeks or months.
Summary:
Richa and KC married and get full custody of both sons.
Siddhi all alone in jail once again.
Kunal will come to know of her sacrifice much much later
If we are lucky, SINAL reunion will be on the last episode on the 28th min and by some freak case, he will save Siddhi as she killed Abhay and sulekha on self defense.
So, CVs did I get my story right. I have to think like you to know this is how you ll move the story. Hell, I did not even have to think to try. Its is so easy, taking away all logic and intelligence and go all the way with stupidity.
CVs your story is so predictable! Prove me wrong if you can: Can you show us that you CARE about your viewers and stop hurting us with negativities .
Dont kill PARICHAY AND SINAL. . Stop showing how stupid as lawyers they were. Helpless and defenceless. Dont let vamps and Villain to run the show. Show intelliegence, not money can WIN against all evils.
Stop making the lead on sacrifices and deals with the vamps and villains. Undo the damage now!
