Are SINAL still husband and wife

today Kunal was seriously considering about ,marrying the vamp..from his self talk it was quite evident that he has made up his mind to marry her ...
then if sidhi is his wife, how can being a lawyer decide to marry again ..
if they are legally wedded, i guess he is the only one who according to me knows about it ..then how has this point not crossed our gold medalist brain..
If he indeed wants to marry the vamp ..shouldn't he apply for divorce first ...
are they really divorced or are they married ??

Based on my memory there was only one divorce paper that Siddhi signed when she was still of sound mind which Kunal tore it up when Richa presented to him 9 years ago.

I do not know exactly about Indian Law but i came across one of Ek shows in which it was state that if a couple do not share a relation for 7 years their marriage is automaticaaly called off and they can marry again. So i guess siddhi and kunal marriage is automatically called off as they were seperate for 9years. But i know in parichay lala land how they make fun of medical, law and other thing. So here also they can play with the law.

But you know according to the top lawyers of the country, namely Kunal and Siddhi they seemed to have forgotten that and appears to be planning for their next 2nd marriages with a confirmed psycho and another one on the make. God bless them!

So, my mind tells me yes they are still husband and wife but I am sure CVs would show a FB where Richa would be forging Siddhi's signature and Kunal as you know believes whatever Richa says and would have filed for the divorce and gotten it too.

So well, we the viewers are left with no choice but to just go along with the story meekly accepting whatever they show us. We just have to pretend that we have no brains when we watch Parichay especially when it comes to legal matters.

There is simple no option for intelligence ! I have accepted it. Trying...very hard...gosh...its...killing ...me.
