TOI ARTICLE:Na Bole to end, Parichay to replace it

TV show Na Bole Tum Na Maine Kuch Kaha(NBTNMKK), which has been critically praised, is going off air soon. The decision was taken after the show failed to rake in good TRPs.

NBTNMKK was launched in January this year and currently airs at 10.30 pm. In fact, we hear that Colors is set to revamp its prime time band. Going by well-placed sources, the slot vacated by NBTNMKK will be filled by Parichay — Nayee Zindagi Kay Sapno Ka, currently airing at 9.30 pm.

Informs a source, "Parichay will take the place of NBTNMKK in the first week of October. The channel and the production house had pinned their hopes on NBTNMKK's honeymoon track, shot in Kathmandu. But it only fetched them a rating of 1.7. Since other shows are doing well, it seemed logical to axe the weakest one." Sudhir Sharma, producer of Na Bole... remained unavailable for comment.

With the new time-slot for Parichay, producer Ekta Kapoor will now have two shows airing at the same time on two different channels. Samir Soni's Parichay will be pitted against SonyEntertainment Television's Bade Achhe Laggte Hain (BALH), featuring Ram Kapoor and Sakshi Tanwar.

Parichay trpz wil surely fall than what it would b if at 9.30pm.

The clash of two shows happens... Parichay is doing good now and also bade acche... A loss for ekta... Why can't they make parichay at some other time slot... Sorry for na bole... Was also had good track...

My worst fear coming true time slot change:..colors gone crazy:...in the name of BB every year good serials are axed or time slot change:...and what education does BB teach us to fight and abuse each other and that also airing at prime time slot...COLORS s**ks:...no management at all...why don't Ekta do sumthing about it...no other channel airing reality shows at weekdays...BB TRP strives on abusing each other why don't the people protest against its airing..on TV at alL...

I was expecting this after all the articles that came out before. I can already see this change in time negatively affecting the show. I don't understand why Colors needs to shift around a show that is giving them good TRP in its current slot to make way for utter garbage like Big Boss 🤢

I dnt wnt parichay to air at 10.30.

Y ekta doing this,parichay vl fall for sure..but my first choice is parichay.. 😊
