Siddhi was the only one who truly understood and accepted him with all his complexities. The harsh words that Siddhi spoke 9 years ago killed Kunal Chopra. Her lies made him believe that his incompetence forced er to change and I must say Siddhi had done a great job of pulling off that live. He needs his Siddhi, her love and acceptance to allow him to love himself

Jay, I said before also that Kunal doesn't actually in the bottom of his heart believe that Siddhi has betrayed him or tried to kill or send the baby away from him. I always felt that he did not have anything to say in favour of Siddhi. Why did he say she tried to kill Anand while talking to Richa.. I think because he forced himself to say that over the years for lack of any proof. But his heart always said that Siddhi always loved him and would never try to kill the baby. Otherwise, like you said, he would have really moved on by now if he really thought she did something like that.
And I feel after what both have done, apologies will not be enough. And I truly feel they may not be needed. More than apologizing, MUs need to be cleared. I feel they will automatically forget everything once these misconceptions are cleared. Ofcourse both will feel guilty for their respective faults but no amount of words will be enough to express how each other felt all these years in each other's absence. So, I would prefer a silent apology from both sides expressed by their eyes and actions rather than words.
