We usually plant tomatoes, cucumbers and herbs too, but this year we only have mint growing all over my back yard as they come out yearly without any maintenance. Miss my home grown tomatoes and cucumbers😭

Salman i don't know about you but we have a group of friends who gives references to each other.

Kabhi mein uski supervisor to kabhi woh mera manager. The whole interview system sucks according to me. Its not what you know whom you know matters and we have to break that barrier in order to succeed in this country😛

Well said Bhavi.. Otherwise in this country, there is always talk about not enough canadian experience.. no matter how much u may have outside as well as inside..

The funniest part . I have given references for the people outside the field too since most of those are over the phone. Have no clue about Chemical Engineers but have said everything about them.😆 since most of these questions are general HR related.

That is really funny Bhavi, Well my second interview is this week and third most probably next week, I will not need any reference this time as its an internal position. But good to know that I have a Manager who i don't report to. 😆
