Lack of normal inteligence in a Lawyer

when siddhi finds out rohit is alive, she should have used her legal brain and create evidence. she knows what are the type of evidence the court admits. She and vikram met rohit and knew that he is alive. there are so many gadgets available, like invicible pen camera , invisible mike etc., any person who has little bit of common sense would create the evidence by video / amera / audio recording etc., Why siddhi , who is supposed to be a lawyer did not do that?

More stupidity s when she accepts to sign the papers as if she is an illeterate . for what ?? to get Kunal out of jail by showing Rohit is alive
