I have grown up listening to these songs and watching old Indian movies at home since I was a baby as my grandpa and my dad they felt this was their way of connecting to their country. We didn't have Indian channels back then that's why

Looks like you are telling me mere ghar ki kahani. They will watch Indian news as if this world does not exist at all. and watches all the stupid shows that exists under sky from 8 to 10. GOD i hate that. I am glad i don't have TV on the main floor else i would have to take VRS from my own house during that time😆

Who are they? Your parents? In laws?

My FIL watches each and every soap on every Chanel Once they were here for a week, and after they left, I had aversion with Indian shows for months😆😆
