Yes, they did hint at a possible miscarriage. Why else would Kunal warn her to not forget that she is pregnant. Even Siddhi saying that he is more important to her hints at the same.
To be honest, I found that quite real & if Siddhi were to miscarry due to some twist in the future I wouldnt mind it s long as Kunal is shown supporting her & they emerge stronger as a couple.

Obviously drama is what they are out to create & tears for a lost baby will bring in the TRPS. It will also give cvs the necessary space to bring Kunal out from this dejected form & fight with a vengeance a la Bachchan😉

Yes the MC could be a good track... Kunal back with a vengeance,,, Kunal being emotional anchor for siddhi. SINAL relationship becoming more mature.. And later a planned a pregnancy..

Even i don't mind MC, as long as SINAL stay together and support each other not blame each other.., I was also totally against the pregnancy track and still can't digest the illogical pregnancy and .,

who knows Kunal might plan an outing to help her come out of the trauma and the Vikram ..the walky talky ATM may fund it...we might finally get to see a honey moon and some SINALeous moments without any tension and then they can plan their baby...

well then even if they show MC ...then it will be a good track provided the CV's should handle it well
