"Come Richa, I want to show you something...kunal invited Richa with a pent up suspense and Richa following him with an awed besotted child like expression.

Kunal pulled up Richa and dragged her to the mirror console in the living room at the foyer.

"What do you see Richa?" asked Kunal with an icy edge, where the mirror reflected both their images.

" I see two beautiful people who are in love meant for each other" Richa said with an air of confidence and she leant against Kunal to make the image more well...lovingly tender.!

"Say It " Kunal invited Richa softly ...still holding her shoulders and standing behind her with his face peering against one of Richa's shoulders

" What? Say wha?t " Richa spoke in confusion and turned her head slightly towards him, looking at him with a query.

"Say what you said just now" Kunal completed the sentence with a sort of satanic smile...about " Loving..."

" Oh , you mean that...I love you so much Kunal that it hurts here and life will be meaningless for me if we cant be together." Richa said with a just drama and placing her hand near her heart dramatically , looking at him in the mirror with great intense passion.

"And? Kunal prompted...

"Well, Not every single day , minute, hour passes without me thinking about you . I love you and want you so much that you don't know how painful it is to watch you and Siddhi doing the happy family daily routine. Its eating me alive.. Kunal look at us...we are so perfect together and I can see that you love me but you seemed to be holding back " Richa said with a dismayed pout..." Its ok you know, to let yourself go as she is not here...you don't have to pretend to love that fool anymore...you are free from her. " she cooed sweetly.

"Excellent!..Richa this is what I want you to do everyday when you wake up... till you sleep...that is if you ever can...go to sleep at all .Will you do this for me?" Kunal enquired tightening his hold on her shoulders a little painfully.

"Anything , you just tell me and I will do it! Richa breathed deeply and touched Kunal's hand gently which was now at her shoulders.

"Hmmm You are right about the love...and I like..." Kunal started and Richa yelped an ecstatic scream of joy

" I knew it...I knew it...you love me too..., you always have..and always will."Richa was crying in new found happiness

" To sit before the mirror, saying this...chant his mantra everyday, all day long I insist, ...better you do it throughout the day till you go , shall we say a little cuckoo crazy?

"What is it ?tell me..." Richa asked a little tentatively , a little surprisingly, hearing the word "crazy"

" I love Kunal but Kunal loves Siddhi only forever always and in all ways"

I want you recite this everyday first thing when you wake up till you go to sleep, that is even a specimen like you can ever sleep.!And knowing I don't have an iota of feelings for you.

Richa face changed instantly from joy to shock...to roaring rage..both Kunal and Richa saw the changing emotions which reflected on her face that she did not attempt to hide...and Kunal remarked looking at her, holding her eyes with an icy gaze.

"See, you love yourself more and the stark reality of not having me is eating you alive, isn't it Richa? Kunal jibed further.

" You know what, Richa, I am glad you ditched me for otherwise, I would have never met Siddhi,.and I blessed the day, the heavenly fate , that brought Siddhi into my life. Ironic isn't it how fate plays cupid in our lives?"

"Kunal , Kunal...listen ...you don't know how much I regretted that..it was a mistake I live to regret ...I have reazlied what a blunder I made...I truly love you..." Richa tried with desperation edged in her voice.

"And I Love my wife Siddhi very very very much " Kunal continued and finished firmly but very affirmatively the sentence as if Richa didn't interrupt him

Silence ensured the declaration...and Richa stood still in eerie stillness but .. Kunal went on ,irregardless of what she said.

He tugged Richa's hair harder and brought her closer to the mirror and made her watch him in the mirror" Look at yourself. I see a woman, who cross all limits , boundaries, that she thinks she can take whatever she wants. You disgust me Richa. Not only me, no man can ever love you. You have no values, respect for others. You are a selfish, self-centred , evil woman! Did you ever love anyone in your life for themselves.? You just want to mould everyone into your own concept of loving. Fit in to your lifestly. I don't think you even loved your own parents ,brother. You are so full of yourself that you don't think about others, do you? You are incapable of love! You used friendship in the worst possible human way to come between a sacred relationship between a husband and wife knowing that they love each other. Do you even know what you want for yourself, Richa? And what were you thinking, lying on my bed naked...you are a shameless woman with no ethics and scruples !Kunal spitted out in a towering rage but minced every word clearly and precisely loud and clear for her to hear with so much of hatred and contempt!

" You , you bast...! " She said brokenly... I did this for us...coz I love you...dont you see,what you are denying...listen you are angry...it will fade away... just give some time...I am the one whom you love,not Siddhi! Why cant you see that?. How can you say I don't love you when I went to just length to get you!"

"Read my lips Richa!..you have the morales of a sewer rat and I cant even stand the sight of you! What do you know about love Richa! You think you can buy anything with your stinging money. ?You only want me because of what you cant have anymore. Me, out of reach. All of sudden I am worthy again. The taste of forbidden fruit is always tempting. Do you honestly think...that after what you have done to me before and now, I will openly take you into my arms and set off towards the sunset and start a new life with you! Not on your life. You crazy stupid woman! What were you thinking? That I am some kind of fool who cant tell between a gem and a fake and forget my marriage vows I made.? I am not a toy, not yours anyway!

Richa was now struggling, gave up her act on being the woman in control , and Kunal held her more tightly , hurting her in his tight vice like grip, refusing to let her go.

But Kunal was past caring if he inflicted any pain on Richa..He was very furious at what she had done and the minutes were ticking away with Siddhi running off from him...its been nearly an hour since she fled in that taxi!!! The gap is getting large.

" Stand still.! Kunal commanded. " Do you know what love it? Siddhi thought me what is selfless love is .., you don't know anything about. ...Her love is unconditional without expecting anything in return. Which you Richa have no clue about it at all. Even when I was uncivil to her, she went on her own way to shower love towards my family and or me . " Kunal paused with his head tipped at an angle in a poignant thought. " Dont know when , how where it happened but I started to like all the things she did for me and my family...and slowly it turned into something...Love... Love is free will. Got to come on its own between two people. You cant force someone to love you. When did you ever do anything or sacrificed your happiness and well being for others? Put others needs and wants first before taking yours... You only know how to destroy, take, want...but never learn to give...isn't that right Richa?

He held her tightly and whispered in her ears...

" If you are still unclear about my feelings for Siddhi, hear this...Yes Richa, get through that thick muddled up head of yours, that the only woman I love is Siddhi. You can never take her place. You got that? He phrased each word slowly with precision in case she has some disillusion about it.

" You know what, I helped you truly because I was concerned about you , leaving aside the past. and thought the well being of you as a friend and I truly wanted you to be cured. But oh no Richa, Richa being the Richa,you can never ever be a self righteous conscious woman. You just don't care who you hurt in the process as long as you get what you want! Well get this, no matter what you plan, plot, I would have never left Siddhi for you. Never ! The thought didn't even cross my mind. Only a mentally delusional sick person like you can think like that. You need help. You need to be kept in a mental asylum in a straight jacket with no escape. You are harmful, a pest to the environment. God it was my misfortune to have ever known you.! And I thought you changed after you said you had lung cancer! You are nothing but just a liar who pry on other to gain sympathy and acceptance. The fact is " YOU ARE A BIG TIME LOSER" . A Failure.

" How dare you ! How dare you speak to me like this...You despicable fool, You fool." Richa Screached " She left you fool...didn't even give you a chance to explain...! And you call that love?"Richa released in an angry aggravated breath.

Kunal held both her arms behind her tightly and snarled " Under the circumstance, I don't blame her...Yes its love and that's why she fled..Dont you even dare to speak her name . I You are not worthy of her. I will find her...but you...I don't even want to taint my hands with you. I have a good mind to strangle and kill you but then I want you to live and think everyday, what you have lost and can never have it back, no matter how much you try in your evil sadistic wasy. I want you to live in a world of misery knowing you cant NEVER EVER have me. You failed Richa big time.! How does it feel after going to so much elaborate trouble?

"I didn't fail...I didn't fail at all...ha ha...She wont return to you. I made sure of that. No woman in a right frame of mind will come back to her husband after seeing us like this" Richa laughed with bitterness not wanting to accept defeat of her well planned scheme gone astray.

Kunal dragged her back to the living and pushed into the seat unceremoniously ."Shut up and listen. I don't care for your opinion . Listen carefully, I want you give me the exact location where Siddhi is now. Call your PI.' Kunal commanded with a steely instruction.

"You gotta be joking...why would I do that? No, I will not reveal anything...I want you to go crazy unable to find just like you want me to go nuts! Richa huffed and puffed like a wolf who have been caught in a trap.

"Oh you will, coz I recorded everything you said and I am turning in the evidence to police on what you did. Doesn't look good Richa...what would society think when they read about Richa, the country's top lawyer's daughter, breaking into her ex-boyfriends house, stalking them...lying about being sick.. .I would really love to read this in the front page , having you humiliated that you need to find a hole to hide...So, get this if I don't find Siddhi, I am turning in this to the police and you going to be counting bars...for I will sue you for every single cent you've got till you have nothing and you will be left in the street to beg for your next meal'.

"You rotten creep ...you trapped...me..." Richa said with scorn disbelief

"I trapped you? You did this to yourself...next time pick someone, you know how to play with.Do you think only you can play...remember Richa, two can play the game...now get on the line and give me the details...Now! Kunal shouted at her

Richa took out her phone reluctantly and spoke with the PI...and she put it on speaker..." You better hear this...

"we lost her in the shopping mall...we followed her to a boutique and after she went to the ladies but never came...too late . She must have changed into new clothings to distract us...Sorry Richa Mam..we are searched the entire mall and even the surroundings but nothing..Dead end! No trail.." the PI voice thinned..

Richa shut off the speaker ..."Hmmm. Looks like no one can help you now. She disappeared through thin air. ", Richa said triumphantly...laughing shrilly.

Kunal took out his phone and called his friend, an inspector and relayed what happened and asked him to come over quickly ...all the while looking at Richa while talking to his police friend.

Richa looked at Kunal in shock aghast " You cant turn me over to the police..you cant do that...Kunal...listen to me..." She gasped and stood up and clutched his arms .

"Thats exactly what I am going to do Richa. Enough with you going around harming people and you roaming the streets scot free of your crimes in the name of love. Its time you paid for it by playing devils advocate in other lives. Payback time. I want you to rot in the jail cell. You need to be punished severely. I am not going to let you off the hook this time. You have gone too far this time" Kunal grounded out , disentangling her hands and pushing her away from him.

Richa remained in frustrated silence and was giving hardening piercing glance at Kunal and he said grimly. " Come on, talking time over, lets go the police and let them coerce the information out form from you , their way. That's the only way you'll talk. " Kunal said coolly with a controlled diction, that unnerved which merely increased her wariness to a thrumming rage...and he came forward to haul her...

"Wait ...Alright! Alright! you win...you don't know what I am saving you from...Ok ok just give me a minute...I will ask my PI to get more information..." she responded a little nervously when she knew the Kunal was not going to budge an inch. He meant every word and he would probably drag her by her hair all the way to the police station. How humiliating it would be for her!

Richa was already on the phone and was heard yelling at the PI to go find some clues about Siddhi's whereabouts ...

"My guys are now with the mall security management and they think that we might get some clues looking at the surveillance cameras...we can go there." Richa said with obvious displeasure.!

Kunal didn't waste any time. He just grabbed some things and hurriedly left the apartment with Richa, holding her arm. They reached the security office within an hour. Kunal's police inspector friend Ajay met them there. . He was off duty and was in plainclothes. Ajay was a great buddy of Kunal and he had asked him to do a favour hush hush...without any red alert just yet.

Both Kunal , Ajay and the PI viewed the CCTV footage for some time ...and Kunal finally saw something that caught his attention." Rewind the tape...yeah...I see her..Yap that 's her. Bingo! She changed." And they viewed further she's was out of the mall and got into a cab...that was waiting in taxi queue.

Ajay looked at the PI and asked if he followed her. Unfortunately he said he did not ...he missed it but he searched around the vicinity and that Siddhi was nowhere to be found . He lost her at the ladies...

All three were enclosed in the security office and were deep in conversation while Richa was seated outside and she did look unsettled with her hair out of place.

Finally PI and Ajay came out. Kunal was still viewing the CCTV.. The PI looked at Richa, said something shrugged and left. And Ajay,walked over to the Richa "Richa, if Kunal wants, he can bring up charges against you, like unlawful entry to his house, stalking and following him and Siddhi, playing on his friendship to gain sympathy over lies on your medical claim...

"What rubbish...he doesn't have any evidence to bac k up his charges...none at all... and I want my lawyer..my dad here.. he will teach all of you a lesson by dragging me here, forcefully" Richa said threateningly despite being admonished with warning by Kunal earlier .

" By all means , do so. You are going to need one, at the way things are looking and if Siddhi is not to be found as the minutes are ticking away. We will can charge you under kidnapping as well . Good better you call now..."

Richa grabbed her phone and spoke to her dad and asked him to come quickly to the mall. Meantime, Kunal was working with the mall security personnel . He zoomed into the CCTV and got the number of the taxi Siddhi got into..printed it out...

With that in hand, he contacted some people...he was busy on the phone enquiring when Thakral walked into the office. Richa on seeing her dad , ran to him and hurtled herself at him and sobbed as she had been abused.

Thakal shouted, calming his now distraught daughter " What's going on here"

Finally, Ajay intercepted in between the big unnecessary drama and told Thakral the whole charade and Kunal joined in. Thakral was silent but was listening intently with his crooked mind and said that they cant detain his daughter here unlawfully and this is called bullying and intimidation.

Thakral laughed and added on ."Well, there's no evidence to charge my daughter and at the moment Kunal intervened and said" So, why was the PI following me and Siddhi for two months? And what was the motive for Richa to hire the PI to follow Siddhi and me? Do you normally hire PI to follow people who don't want to be friends with you anymore..hmmm? Is that what you and your daughter do...stalk and scare people?

Thakral looked uncomfortable at the insult and at Richa angrily and Said" Again , you cant prove anything...its your words against hers..nothing conclusive has been established ... looks like a domestic quarrel between you and your wife and you are bringing Richa unnecessarily into your family issues"

At that moment, Kunal took out his phone and played the Video. It was not perfect but it was sufficient to be used in any court ,where Richa was spilling her beans gleefully for anyone who cared to listen. Kunal said" By the way, the PI have given his statement that he had been hired by Richa to follow me and Siddhi ...need I say more"

Thakral had a reddish rue creeping up on his face and he looked at his daughter angrily and all of a sudden , gave her one hard slap and Richa reeled in shock with her hand on her face...

"What was that for? Richa Cried in shock looking at her dad as he had gone mad.

" You stupid imbecile fool! You stupid stupid stupid idiot! You just never learn do you! Ok Kunal...inspector Ajay isn't it. We will co-operate on this case...but Kunal please, don't blow this up...let it go will you..you know she always has a weakness where you are concerned. I will take care of this. " pacified thakral after the dramatic slap.

"Let it go! Just like that?." Kunal snapped his fingers. "My wife has ran off , god knows where after what your daughter did and you expect me to let it go just like that." He snarled out in between his teeth

Kunal looked at Thakral with his arms folded across his chest and flared " No you think again...you are going to put your people to find out where exactly Siddhi is if I cant locate her. Your daughter did this . Now undo it! Have I made myself clear? I want her found ASAP! And by god anything happens to Siddhi, both you and are daughter are going to be sorry that you were ever born, for you will have to deal with me. Understood!

Thakral was forced to nod ...he had to bow down infront of Kunal for his daughter's folly. Her stupidity...he has to cringe in embarrassment for he had no option. No way out.

"Yes, crystal clear. !Ok..ok ok...lets settle this amicably...you don't worry...we will find her ...she could not have gone far...its just misunderstanding..." Thakral reassured and brought his daughter aside . Richa was staring at Kunal with dagger eyes but she kept silent for she knew she will provoke Kunal further if she so much as open her mouth. She decided that its better she kept quiet.

Kunal looked at them with steely cold eyes, shook his head in disgust. "Thakral, you better teach your daughter to stop stalking me and my wife. She needs serious help.Get her treated for her obsession " He walked the short distance towards Thakral and told him" Keep your daughter away from me and my family"! Get lost from here before I do something drastic to your daughter. She disgusts me. Just remember, if I don't find Siddhi or if she is hurt in any way, you better start praying for you safety". He declared warningly and strode out of the office with Ajay but retraced his step to where Richa was now standing with her dad.

"Consider this a royal kick Richa.I have never hurt a woman physically yet. But there's always a first time and I am very much tempted to make such an exception in your case, but no, I will not un

dignify myself by resorting to such violence. I respect women ...but certainly not you. You don't deserve any respect , let alone the title of being a woman yourself for what you did to another woman. If you so much as come near me or my wife again...you will pay for it dearly, legally! So don't think of playing again with me. This time, I might just take the challenge. By the way, this is not over yet..by a long haul till I find Siddhi. Dont leave town yet. Dont even try" He spitted like a dragon with fire..striding off finally.

Kunal looked at the time..almost 3 hours passed since Siddhi fled. He finally called Siddhi.But the phone was switched off...he wasn't surprised. They had to make some calls to the taxi company to see if they could trace the driver...he must have been the last person who would have known where he dropped her off..

Sometime later in the evening...Chantelle made sure Siddhi was resting and made her lie on the bed to get some rest. All that crying was not good for the girl. She knew the whole story..she somehow felt something was wrong somewhere... a huge misunderstanding...but she didn't want to agitate Siddhi by asking questions. There's plenty of time for that. What Siddhi needs now is good rest after the traumatic experience she had witnessed. But sleep eluded Siddhi...She had tears spattering her cheeks in the fading light of the evening...she eventually drifted off to a fretful sleep with a heavy heart.

In the middle of the night...Siddhi woke up with a pain...a cramp on her lower abdomen...and felt something flowing between her legs..she looked down and saw blood ...and she started to scream in panic..which woke Chantelle up who was sleeping in a rocking chair beside Siddhi's bed.

"Siddhi, Siddhi dear...what is it..." She asked worriedly and climbed on to the bed ,taking the now distraught Siddhi into her arms. Siddhi was looking downwards , and her hands were pointing to something crimson and Chantelle face became pale.

" I am losing the baby!...no...no this cant be happening...please god ..No not now...don't do this to me...please save my baby...please please" Siddhi was hysterical, the fear of losing the baby, finally giving into the dizziness which took her to another world of darkness,

Its was almost...late evening, hours since Siddhi left and Kunal and Ajay could not trace back the driver yet. Today being Saturday, they could not get the required details from the admin office of the taxi company. They have to wait till Monday. Damn! Kunal cursed under his breath. Meanwhile, Ajay called up his colleagues to track the taxi and update him with whatever they could get hold of.. Kunal told him to go home and let him know if any news come.

Kunal was now very worried...how he wished she would answer his calls but knowing her, he knew she would not...still he walked around trying to find some clues...

After enquiring around with the other taxi drivers, apparantly the taxi is seen at the mall normally in the mornings and evenings . No one could give any contact details of the drive just yet. He normally comes on Saturdays during peak period ...perhaps she went to her brother..No harm in calling them..discreetly.

So he made some calls to Kapil and his own family...without saying anything about Siddhi. From the conversations he had with them, he knew Siddhi was not there...maybe he can call her friends and he realized to his dismay he didn't have her friends contact numbers!

He could have kicked himself for being totally ignorant and clueless about her friends contacts for he never expected he would need to contact them in emergencies and it dawned on him how vital such small things which you take it for granted can help in situations like this.

Siddhi must have gone somewhere...alone and away from those who know her. She must have been very disappointed with him for she thinks he had been unfaithful and hurt her so badly. ...He hoped she was safe and sound..Both her and the baby...he just love her so much...she always trusted him...but now..true the evidence were discriminating but still she should not have taken off like this. Should have calmed down ...he tried to reason. He gave a heavy sigh...

He roamed the streets with her recent photo and drove around to all the malls, places he knew she favoured but came to a dead end..No one seems to have seen her..When he finds her...soon. He will make her listen to him and everything will be alright. He will make it up to Siddhi. From now onwards, whatever it is, no more hiding. They tell everything..They are married and must be open about things that happen in their lives...where are you Siddhi? Kunal grated in a low driven voice...please don't go away from me...and he continued his search...for Siddhi.

Whoa, well...that's it folks till the next update to find out if Kunal will find Siddhi...in time
