All of these only Richa and thakral were the only culprits of rape case (ofcourse thakral is for supporting the wrong case).. Once kunal's innocense is proved, these dad and daughter might send to jail or can be given any other punishment. Rohit is very much attached to sis and dad so made a big plan of kidnapping, hence became the part of crime. Very funny family, always want to be together wherever they are.
