How Siddhi can turn the tables?

Siddhi can put forth the following argument.

The day Kunal allegedly tried to rape Richa, I was there. I saw him fully drunk and Richa and him were having some argument. Kunal was telling her that he was married and Richa must forget him.Richa left in a huff and I was left alone with Kunal. And Kunal got physical with me. But he did not know that it was me as he was fully drunk and could not recognise. Once he came to senses he must have thought that he raped Richa.
So it is simply a case of revenge on Richa's part.
To bring out the truth Richa can take a narco or lie detector test. But as Kunal was drunk at that time this test wont bring out any truth from him.

The case is rather like this. The incident supposedly happened when Kunal was drunk. So Kunal confessing cannot become a reliable proof. Next is Richa's testimony. A vigorous cross examination can bring out her lie.

yeah dats a big possibilty.. now as siddhi is gonna fight the case ..so it will be very interesting to see how she goes about it and proves her hubby innocent..

even though we know from the promo that siddhi will fight the case to defend kunal and hopefully will win it, but i still dont know how she will manage to prove kunal innocent. unless the show some audio or video proof

or maybe witcha ends up blurting the truth in court

another possibility is that if they show siddhi pregnant once case starts, witcha will get mad in anger and would have realised that sinal ahve consummated there marriage and in her frustration will make mistakes while being cross examined in court

@norzar : pregnancy track introduced in between this court track is very much possible. In past 2 weeks, we have seen too many tracks being introduced sequentially too fast for comfort or sometime in parallel. But i hope they do not use pregnancy to expose Witcha. We already are seeing Kunal not able to prove himself.
Now we do not want Siddhi to expose Witcha indirectly due to pregnancy thereby proving both husband/wife lawyers are not capable of defending themselves with truth on their side.

Knowing Siddi's character so far, i doubt she would take path of lies to expose Witcha.
But we never know. Jab ghee seedhee ungli se nahi nikalti hai, to ungli tedhi karni padti hai😉]

My feeling is that now that she is pushed into a corner [ Kunal cannot run the case or defend himself] , she has to bring out all the truth which led to that situation that night with Witcha.
During the course of that discussion, Witcha in frustration will make a mistake. She has already being shown to be scared of this case. She thinks that Kunal is dangerous but what she does not know is Siddhi could be more dangerous as she knows more than Kunal [ only thing Siddhi does not know is what happened during the party and after she left the hotel crying that night. Hopefully Kunal or Ritcha by mistake would fill those blanks]

Multiple things can happen if it proceeds this way :
1] Kunal will realize that Siddhi actually loves him and not Anand. That she can go to any length to defend him. Hoepfully they would show FB of marriage vows for Kunal. This will encourage Kunal to blurt out the truth of what he knows happeend during the party and conversation with Ritcha before he left hotel.This will push Ritcha in a corner.
2] Thakral would realize how big a hole he himself has dug into by trusting his daughter just becoz he wanted revenge from Kunal.
3] We are on our way to eagerly anticipated Sinal romance 😉

But we all know this is easier said than done as both father/duaghter Thakral duo are smart, cunning and would stoop to any level to defend themselves.
Let us see how CV's take this further. I would not be surprised that we may see something unrealistic happening which frees Kunal and Siddhi wins the case [ similar to wind gush which woke up Kunal to free from Ritcha's arms that night]

@ Rightnow , you said absolutely correct about Siddhi as she should have stood up to spew truth about what she had Witnessed during that night , as far as my gesture says that she deliberately did not stand up for that because if she had said that , i bet nobody in court must have trusted her .. Without telling, i am happy though with her .. if she did not back up Kunal in court does not matter to me because Kunal himself won that case sagaciously . Omg for a while i got astonished seeing him to accept his charge but did not know that he was just pretending to make Richa nod to what he gave his figment . Super Job

Today since Kunal said to richa to accept what he had said , she easily consented with him . i used to think that she is kinda adept lady but equally chucklehead who can do anything to harm Kunal... i bet she going to churn out other gimmick to bring kunal again in court . even when she recites her figments to her father literally cracks me up ..
