neeme i discussed this with naz also.it seems moderators should bring up the banner contest.but our channel moderator gk_09 is inactive right now.i asked for active moderator for our forum,she said its underway,so thought of waiting till we get our own forum moderator as it'll be easy for us to communicate.

what do you think,should we wait or put our banner contest request before global moderator?
