Added with todays revelation about her SIL and brother I think it'll strike her hard how she has feelings for Raghav and he's the only one with the exception of her mother who's really truly stood by her.

Raghav too would be able to see how he felt worse when Naina was in danger in comparison to Sanjana being in danger so that would help him realise that he has in fact moved on from her and started developing feelings for Naina
