Why can't Raghav operate internet?

We saw Veer deliberately tries to scare Raghav by giving him false info abt the blast in India where his sister. And all Raghav was doing was getting panic and anxious abt his sis...

Later Naina checks her tab and informs that there were no casualties...

but he can study/ prepare project proposals for company as he helps Veer to do projects always...

But Raghav didn't check by himself ... might be bcoz he is scared and didn't dare to check...

or it makes me wonder whether he can operate really?

He was very scared, mentally disturbed & shattered to hear the news. On top of that he trusted Veer so he did not feel the need to verify the news.
