I can't relate to this overdose of misunderstandings happening between Shiva and raavi that they are showing . That's not how a marriage is supposed to be , that's not how a husband is expected to be . I am not one of those who wants angst and what not . I wanted meaningful growth , love and respect which can very well happen with the mock-fight , dry humour , bubbly vs silent storm that were few of the traits / characteristic of Shiva and raavi as individuals and with life the characters also grow . None of it happens here . Raavi is treated dobi , Shiva turned to an insecure person from street smart long long back and their story doesnt have a proper path .

But i do realise that serving a normal decent story isn't the CVs cup of tea.

Such a pity , really .

P.S i do love certain shivi scenes here and there only due to the acting of kanwar and Alice and my love for the shivi that were there .

Absolutely.. I agree with every word of yours. Even though I'm not married, being a lawyer, I've spent a lot of time in family courts. Have seen people going through messy divorces coz of all sorts of reasons. I have seen people withdrawing their divorce petitions for all sorts of reasons.

In reality, people get divorced because of extra-marital affairs, abuse, too much in-laws interference, or no/less communication, etc. Nobody files for divorce and gets engaged simultaneously trying to find true feelings for their soon-to-be ex (only happens in Bollywood and ITV) whilst a lot of people get engaged (nothing wrong/illegal about that if they're stern with their decision and feelings).

Anyway, coming to Shivi, they never had any heart-to-heart convo about their insecurities and abandonment issues.. everything was swept under a rug! Too much family interference like they're some royal couple of Britain husband and wife should sort their issues inside the four walls of their bedroom, they should never allow a third person because there's no space for a third person in a marriage. Here bhabhiMa and Suman seem to dance on Shiva constantly and annoyingly... it's weird coz women in this day and age won't tolerate such BS, and the same goes for men in general/real situations.

Hi, Di!

To be honest, part of me agrees with you about it ending after ShiVi's marriage. But I wanted to see something beyond it, you know? After the happily ever after. Except the whole thing just tanked crazily.

I can't relate to anyone on this show. I just catch up because I have to know how it ends. Shiva, Raavi, their misunderstanding have no place in the story. It just makes the whole remarriage invalid. Everything that you said about Shiva-Raavi's growth & development, their deep connection, all of it has sacrificed at the altar of Bhabhi The Mahaan, and their characters have been butchered to the point that they are literally place-holders for their former selves.

KD & Alice may act well (which is the only thing now), but unless the character also has depth, I find it difficult to feel anything but irritation.

Truly a pity.

Suman is against it.

With all drama Shweta parents will take and chiku but Shweta faints .

Now I m sure dora will not allow her to go and will emotionally blackmail suman and others as she will get to hog chikoo for free fund.

Worst Thenga is been given to Simran in this shweta addition.

She is only itv character of recent times who played pregnant , but will not get scenes with baby like kinjal or leap with bachchas like Sai.

She must’ve been hesitant initially, that’s why they showed no bump & added overnight after it was pointed out by all!

Went through all pregnancy tracks- only to get a plastic doll to roam around with. While Bhabhi gets ready bachcha scenes.

Too much pun & forever chhotapan doesn’t always help!

But she gets dialogues like 2 billi ke cat fight mein monkey cake kha jata hai wala hisab hai uska.. since Raavi doesn't get any dialogues coz (more eye-roll) and men in PS aren't important anymore, so Rishita is left after BhabhiMa and Shweta (more eye-roll) she is shown to be the smartest, but is the dumbest of all! 🤪

Atleast simran agreed with baby bump even after maybe off screen drama but this leadben is pathetic. Doesn't want to Don pregnant lady bas bacha do bacha do. She want free fund bacha.

SBB segment -More of the same drama. Look at Krish arguing with Suman and even laughing saying this is Suman’s way of giving approval😔 Krish’s screw has become deela now. Krish gets beaten with a danda by Suman but nothing fazes him. Shweta faints, Krish brings her to the aangan and BhabiMa is attending to her.

KM and Akshay segment interview- Dev feels Krish is again being childish, doesn’t understand the consequences but says audience have to watch to see if the family is going to agree or not.

1. atleast get a doll of Azan’s size. OR donot make characters hold dolls in any & all scenes.
third rate direction. One scene u have psycho with real baby of 4-5 months. Other scene you get half his size doll all suffocated & dangling in actors hands. Visual cancellation+ disconnect right there!

2. They REALLLYYY want to push shweta whitewashing. More they show that with faint drama & convenient garibi talks + krish ki bhakti : more disgust it induces.
even watching this segments puts one off.

3. Too hard they are trying for krissuu story to pick up like ShiVis. Tooo Kane it comes out on screen. Whole pretext, backstory is faulty. No connect.

4. Dharaben ke room ke bahar gombi dev ka interview tha. Dharaben looked like was in conversation with directors- creatives in adjoining trailer.

Was checking my Hulu: haven’t watched episodes since 14th. No one in my family has- otherwise new tag wouldn’t be there. Mom & mil both have skipped too. Looking at bts - upcoming continues skipspree.
