It was hurtful to see some ardent PS fans sharing clip of some paki drama where a character was hooting about ‘loot something like Khilji plundered Somnath & kaafirs’
the whole analogy doesn’t even hurt them. Because they have never bothered to Learn about it may be.

It’s just word: Somnath & they come up with clips on tag!

That's the thing, their knowledge is so superficial that they are comparing a TV show character with Hindu God. Dare they do it with any other religion.

If they had any basic knowledge about their Gods, their culture, their stories they wouldn't even dare, their conscious wouldn't even allow them to do this kind of comparison.

Most pious act of Parvati's.. Her penance like a yogini is compared with a woman's humiliation, domestic violence and they shamelessly compare it to Parvati's yog & Lords Shiva testing her. That's hate speech in any form.

Comparing a man who tolerates so much disrespect of his wife, heck even DOES her disrespect, call her characterless is compared with Lord Shiva!! And it isn't hate speech?

Gods, religion, faith MUST be kept away from their Fangirling delusions. You like a character, good for you but under any circumstances it shouldn't be compared with Gods.

How is liking something delusional but your endless hatred not delusional?

Exactly.. Keep Gods out of Fangirling your favorite character & do whatever you want to do. Comparing them with Gods can hurt anyone's religious sentiments and it's Hate speech according to IPC section 295A

Please read the second article.. as well. Also, judges interpret the law and then pass the judgement. It's called the interpretation of statues. For example character "A" is named after a god, but doesn't share the qualities, and does everything on the contrary of it, yet people compare him ( they are fully aware of the character's actions) with the god.. it becomes intentional.. and deliberate.

Not our problem you can't take fiction as fiction and decide to take offense at every single happening of a FICTIONAL SHOW.

Also, it's a mere comparison. No one is equating to God, it's just nice to see the thought behind it.

Some people like to enjoy what they get instead of spending every passing moment to degrade content that they don't even enjoy watching, yet they watch for some unknown reasons :)
